Theft with an Access Card - City of Cupertino 
At 8:00 PM on 3/28, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s credit card to make fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $4,600.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino
On 1/26, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s bank account, make account changes and open a credit card which was used to make fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $8,765.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Vehicle Tampering, Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 1:09 PM on 3/20, deputies responded to a suspicious person call in the Target parking lot on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way, on report of someone trying to break into cars.  An investigation revealed the suspect was attempting to open car doors and was in possession of Methamphetamine and related paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft, Theft with an Access Card - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 1:34 PM and 3:30 PM on 3/21, unknown suspect(s) took a wallet from the victim’s purse while the victim shopped at Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard, and used the victim’s credit and debit cards to make fraudulent purchases at nearby retailers for a total loss of about $1,253.

Shoplifting - Homestead Road
At 5:45 PM on 3/22, the suspect(s) took about $700 of store merchandise from Ulta Beauty on Homestead Road without paying. The suspect(s) fled the scene, are unknown and at large.

(ARREST) Transportation/Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales - Beardon Drive and Alves Drive
At 2:31 AM on 3/26, deputies stopped a motorist at Beardon Drive and Alves Drive for a traffic violation. An investigation revealed the driver was on Federal Probation and in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Possession of Stolen Property, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime - Homestead Road
At 3:58 PM on 3/30, deputies approached (4) suspects in a parking lot, in the 20800 block of Homestead Road. An investigation revealed the suspects had stolen several bottles of alcohol from a Saratoga establishment for a total loss of over $1,692. All suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 3:00 PM and 4:38 PM on 3/31, unknown suspect(s) used an unknown object to scratch the paint on the victim’s driver side door of his vehicle.  The victim’s vehicle was parked in the 20700 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The total amount of damage was about $800.

At 4:57 PM on 3/31, unknown suspect(s) found the victim’s lost credit card and used the victim’s credit card to make fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $2,049.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Between 12:50 PM and 6:00 PM on 3/28, unknown suspect(s) took mail packages from the front porch of a residence in the 19700 block of Auburn Drive for a total loss of about $148.07.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road
At 8:14 PM on 3/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at 99 Ranch Market in the Cupertino Village on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $1,535.

Criminal Threats - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM on 3/19, the suspect made criminal threats about the victim employee, who works at Apple on Pruneridge Avenue, causing the victim fear for their safety.  The suspect is known and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 11:25 AM and 2:49 PM on 3/20, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of five vehicles parked in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard and took bags, clothing and electronics for a total loss of about $2,150. 

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on 3/21, unknown suspect(s) took about $1,850 of store merchandise from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard without paying.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road
Between 8:30 PM and 10:12 PM on 3/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino Village on N. Wolfe Road and took a bag containing a laptop and a wallet for a total loss of about $1,540.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road
Between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on 3/23, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Starbucks at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and searched the vehicle, but did not take anything.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road
Between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM on 3/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino Village on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing clothes and shoes for a total loss of about $300.

Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue 
Between 8:00 PM on 3/26, Sunday and 7:00 AM Monday, unknown suspect(s) broke through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in a residential parking garage in the 19600 block of Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took several personal items to include a wallet with several credit cards for an unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 7:00 PM on 3/26, Sunday and 12:00 PM Monday, unknown suspect(s) broke through the rear driver side window of a vehicle parked in a residential parking garage in the 19500 block of Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took a backpack for a total loss of about $50.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 7:40 PM on 3/26, the unknown suspect took about $878 worth of store items from the Target Store on the 19400 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. Target Loss Prevention recognized the suspect from previous store thefts. The suspect remains unknown and at large.

Grand Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 10:15 AM and 1:20 PM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) entered the conference room of the Bay Club, in the 10100 block of Wolfe Road and took a bag containing a laptop for a total loss of about $3,270.

Reckless Driving, Evading a Peace Officer, Prowling, Non-Injury Hit & Run - Vallco Parkway  At 7:56 PM on 3/26, deputies attempted to stop a pedestrian in the parking lot in the 19500 block of Vallco Parkway for prowling around vehicles. The suspect entered a waiting vehicle and the suspect(s) drove away at a high rate of speed.  The suspect collided with another vehicle without stopping. The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

On 3/25, between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM, unknown suspect(s) broke through the rear window of a vehicle parked in the 10800 block of Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took backpacks with laptops and miscellaneous electronic items for a total loss of about $5,700.  The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large

Vehicle Theft - Medina Lane
Between 9:30 PM on 3/27 and 7:00 AM on 3/28, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 22800 block of Medina Lane.  The vehicle was valued at $1,500.

(ARREST) Contracting without a License, Grand Theft - Echo Hill Court
Between 9/29/17 and 11/11/17, the victims hired the suspect to paint their residence in the 7600 block of Echo Hill Court and provided $1,800 as down payment.  The suspect, who was not licensed, did not provide the service as promised, did not return the money, and was subsequently arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino
On 3/10, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open a credit card account and made fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $788.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Residential Burglary - Upland Way
Between 2/20 and 3/20, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 11000 block of Upland Way by kicking in the side garage door and then the door leading into the home from the garage.  The residence was ransacked but it is unknown if anything was taken.

Residential Burglary - Ruppell Place
Between 11:00 PM on 3/17 and 10:15 AM on 3/24, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 1100 block of Ruppell Place through a bathroom window and took coins and watches for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Vehicle Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine, Identity Theft - Rainbow Drive
At 3:20 AM on 3/28, deputies stopped a motorist in the 7400 block of Rainbow Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect broke a car window and stole a purse and other items. The suspect was found in possession of a stolen purse, credit cards, a blank check, and several stolen personal documents with many different names. The suspect was in possession of Methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 4:15 PM on 3/29, unknown suspect(s) broke into a Cupertino storage bin, in the 21500 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard, by breaking a pad lock.  The suspect(s) took (2) generators and other equipment for a total loss of over $9,000.00. The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Rainbow Drive
Between 4:40 PM and 5:00 PM on 4/1, unknown suspect(s) broke through the front passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 7400 block of Rainbow Drive. The suspect(s) took a bag, dress, and ski boots for a total loss of about $790.  The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.

 BEAT AREA C8  (ARREST) Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, Driving with a Suspended DL - De Anza Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard

At 12:54 AM on 3/20, deputies stopped a motorist at De Anza Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard for traffic violations.  An investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen from San Francisco, the driver was driving with a suspended driver’s license, and both the suspect driver and suspect passenger were in possession of Methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.  Both were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Residential Burglary - Rollingdell Drive
Between 3/29 and 4/1, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 7300 block of Rollingdell Drive and took miscellaneous items for a total loss of about $100. The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 11:20 AM and 12:11 AM on 3/20, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and engaged the trunk latch but did not take anything from the vehicle.

Petty Theft - Calvert Drive
At 1:35 PM on 3/20, unknown suspect(s) took two mail packages from the front porch of a residence in the 10000 block of Calvert Drive for a total loss of about $40. 

(ARREST) Possession of Burglary Tools and Misappropriated Found Property - Wunderlich Drive at Chelmsford Drive
At 1:53 AM on 3/21, deputies made contact with a pedestrian walking along Wunderlich Drive at Chelmsford Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect pedestrian was in possession of burglary tools and credit cards not belonging to the suspect, in addition to having an outstanding warrant, all in violation of the suspect’s probation for theft.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - S. Blaney Avenue     
Between 8:45 PM on 3/23 and 8:05 AM on 3/24, unknown suspect(s), using unknown means, entered a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of S. Blaney Avenue and took two sports bags and vehicle insurance and registration paperwork for a total loss of about $260.

Stolen Vehicle - Candlewood Drive
Between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Candlewood Drive.  The vehicle had an unknown value.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
Between 10:30 AM and 11:40 AM on 3/27, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 19600 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard and took suitcases containing clothes and toys for a total loss of over $1,000.

Fictitious Checks – City of Cupertino     
On 2/09, unknown suspect(s) created four fraudulent checks using the victim’s bank account information.  The suspect(s) cashed the checks for a total loss of about $3,600.  The victim lives in Cupertino. 

Residential Burglary - Town Center Lane         
On 3/25, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 20500 block of Town Center Lane and took cash for a total loss of about $10,000. The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.

Residential Burglary - Blaney Avenue   
Between 3/12 and 3/31, unknown suspect(s) entered a resident’s locked garage in the 10100 block of Blaney Avenue and took bed sheets and miscellaneous items for a total loss of about $100. The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.
