Recirculated Amendment to Draft EIR for Vallco Specific Plan Available and Public Meeting to Accept Comments
A Recirculated Amendment to the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Vallco Special Area Specific Plan is available for public review. It is available for download at www.cupertino.org/vallco and for review at City Hall and a number of local libraries. CD’s and paper copies are available for purchase. The 45-day public review period ends Monday, August 20, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.

In addition, please note that a public meeting to accept comments on the adequacy of the Amendment to the EIR has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 7, 2018, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. at Cupertino Community Hall (10350 Torre Avenue, next to the library.)
Responses to all written comments regarding the adequacy of the Amendment to the EIR received during the public review period will be provided in the Final EIR expected to be published later in 2018. Note that any written comments sent to the City related to the project shall be retained in file archives, which are accessible to the public through the City’s website. Please do not include personal or private information that you do not wish to make public; doing so, constitutes a waiver of any privacy rights that you have on the information provided.
