County of Santa Clara Household Hazardous Waste Program (HHW) - Mission is to protect the environment and public health from the effects of improper disposal of hazardous waste from Santa Clara County homes and small businesses. This service provides the community with practical pollution prevention options for the use, recycling, and disposal of products containing hazardous substances.

Cupertino Free - Cupertino Free is open to those that have something they no longer need or want. It's a great way to unload items you have around the house that someone else in the community would enjoy, rather than sending it to local landfills. ALL not-for-profit groups are welcome. Our intention is to lend a helping hand to a neighbor in need, build community spirit and be environmentally responsible.

Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program (SCVURPPP) - Cupertino is a member of the Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program. The Program is an association of thirteen cities and towns in the Santa Clara Valley, together with the County of Santa Clara and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Program participants share a common permit to discharge storm water to South San Francisco Bay, California.
