STREET SWEEPING
The city provides street sweeping two times a month in the city's residential areas and once a week in the city's commercial areas.
Most of the commercial areas and some of the residential areas of the city have signs that indicate the day of the week and time of day that the sweeping will take place. A driver can be ticketed for parking in the signed areas during the indicated street sweeping period.
Signs are posted in areas where cars are frequently parked during working hours. Residents can request that a street sweeping sign be posted along their street if they believe that cars are typically parked along the curb during the street sweeping time.
