The City is linked internally by several principal arterials and Santa Clara County expressways. Principal arterials are De Anza Boulevard, Stevens Creek Boulevard, Wolfe Road. Nearby expressways are Lawrence Expressway and Foothill Expressway.
Public transportation facilities include bus routes by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. A comprehensive bikeways network of bike lanes and bike routes cover the City.
Major employment centers are Symantec, Apple, and Hewlett Packard. Major retail centers include Cupertino Plaza and Cupertino Village. De Anza College is a nationally recognized college. Cupertino public schools are top ranked in the state of California.
