The City of Cupertino has developed new mapping services for distributing high-end Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities via the Internet.
City MapGuide
This new dynamic mapping application provides a one-stop portal for basic geographic information within Cupertino. Especially useful is the 'select' tool - which allows users to select any location, and get basic assessor information - such as: property address, assessor's parcel number, acreage, building sq. footage, and year built. City Map Guide also has the capabilities to search for a particular park or school, check zoning and/or landuse designation, view aerial photographs, etc.

Cupertino's latest mapguide application is an
economic development tool for prospective business owners to find property and
demographic information on available sites throughout Cupertino. Prospective business owner searches for property by assessor parcel number or address. Search results include assessor data, demographic data tool, panoramic image of property, zoning, land use, and aerial photos.
