City Related Services
For all the city related services like code voilations, street lights, storm drains, graffiti you can use Access Cupertino to get in touch with the city.
Please provide as much detailed information as possible about the location, nature of the problem, etc in the "Details" box (e.g., the street light number, detailed location of storm drain, specific location of downed tree, etc.). Giving us as much details as possible will expedite our response.
Where do I complain about noise, abandoned vehicles, parked cars, animal nuisances, overgrown shrubs, etc.?

Who do I tell about street lights or traffic lights that are burned out?
Please use Access Cupertino or call (408) 777-3342 to report these problems. Otherwise, burned out street lights are handled by the City of Cupertino Service Center, (408) 777-3269. Provide the street light number, if possible. Traffic signal lights are handled by City of Cupertino Public Works, (408) 777-3354.
How can I report graffiti that needs to be cleaned up, or to leave an anonymous tip about vandalism?
To report graffiti without regards to anonymity, use Access Cupertino
Otherwise, to report cleanup, call the City of Cupertino Service Center, (408) 777-3269.

Who handles street sweeping or gravel spills?
Cupertino Service Center, (408) 777-3269. If there is a particular clean-up issue to be reported, you can also use Access Cupertino.

Where do I complain about a business practice or check on a company's reliability?
Call the Better Business Bureau, (408) 278-7400, to register a complaint or find out if anyone else has filed one against a particular company.
Where can I call with questions about flood control, blocked streams, or building restrictions near creeks?
