Biltmore Adjacency Project

The City Council will consider applications by Prometheus Real Estate Group for a Development Permit (DP-2011-06, 05) for a new apartment complex and commercial building located approximately at the southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Ave, consisting of:

  • 80 apartment units
  • 7,000 square feet of commercial space
  • Demolition of existing commercial buildings
  • Includes the following applications:
    o Development Permit
    o Architectural and Site Approvals
    o Tree Removals

The first Neighborhood Meeting was held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, the second meeting on Thursday, May 31, 2012, and the third meeting on September 11, 2012 as part of the community outreach process. The following comments were expressed at the meeting:
