Construction of Water Service Line to Cause Lane Closures at Wolfe and Homestead Roads Until Mid-June
Posted Date: 4/19/2017
Beginning on Monday, April 24 construction of a reclaimed water service line will commence near the intersection of Wolfe Road and Homestead Road, which will continue through the middle of June. This work will result in some lane closures and construction-related delays for traffic along both roadways. The City of Cupertino recommends that drivers consider alternative routes around the area during this time period.

The reclaimed water service line will supply the new Apple Park property with reclaimed water for use in cooling towers, toilet flushing and turf irrigation, thereby reducing the amount of potable water used on the site, with the anticipation that this service line will be extended in the future to further serve Cupertino customers.
