CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Samar called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at Quinlan Community Center, 10185 N. Stelling Road, Cupertino, CA

MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Regular meeting: March 24, 2010
Liu motioned to approve the minutes. Semar seconds. Motion passes.

NEW BUSINESS
a) Begin drafting a teen commission characteristic report: Commissioners refined a list of 31 characterisitcs to six. A draft report is the next step.

OLD BUSINESS
a) WOW updates: Brochures delivered on 4/7, Prize and cost list was turned in and will be used to collect select prizes.

MISCELLANEOUS—NO ACTION REQUIRED

At 8:52 pm meeting adjourned to a REGULAR MEETING on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 7:00 pm. April 14, 2010 meeting has been cancelled.
