The Redevelopment Area has several anchor tenants such as AMC-16 screen Theaters, JC Penney, Sears, Strike Cupertino & Macy's. The purpose of the Redevelopment Area is to revitalize Cupertino Square by encouraging private secto investment and facilitating site rehabilitation.
