Built in 1989 and opened to the public in 1990, this 27,000 square foot facility has won numerous awards for its innovative design. It is centrally located on Stelling Road near Stevens Creek Boulevard and enjoys views of the Cupertino foothills and beautiful Memorial Park right out it's back door.
The Quinlan Community Center is home to the City of Cupertino's Recreation and Community Services Department and the Cupertino Historical Museum. The art of the Cupertino Fine Arts League lines the walls throughout the building.
The Quinlan Community Center is a multi-use building, offering classrooms for recreation classes, as well as a variety of other rooms available to rent for your business or personal needs. Our most popular room, the prominent Cupertino Room, can accommodate up to 240 people in a banquet format, or up to 280 people for an event with theater-style seating, making it an ideal spot for weddings, receptions, corporate seminars or meetings.
The attached patio provides a quiet spot to relax and enjoy a bit of fresh air or to slip out for a stroll around the park.
The Cupertino Room also features a full caterer's kitchen with everything you or your caterer needs to prepare and serve the ultimate gourmet meal.
In addition to the Cupertino Room, the Social Room offers views of Memorial Park. This room can accommodate up to 80 people, ideal for smaller gatherings like birthday parties, baby showers or even an employee retreat...
....while the Conference Room accommodates 15 people.

Reservations must be made in person at the Quinlan Community Center, 10185 N. Stelling Rd, Cupertino. Reservations are accepted Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Facility Rental Hour
Rooms at the Quinlan Community Center are available for rental during the following times:
Sunday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Please note that rental hours must include the time required to set up your event and clean up afterwards.

Security staff is required, at a rate of $30 per hour, when alcohol is served. Minimum of 6 hours required per booking.
A security deposit is required at time of reservation.
Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence may be required for room reservations. Please see the link above for further details or contact the front office at 408-777-3120.
The City reserves the right to cancel any use of facility upon two (2) weeks advanced notice.
