Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 8:30 AM and 8:40 AM on 3/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Starbucks in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took two laptops for a total loss of about $3,300.

Petty Theft, Forgery - N. Foothill Boulevard
Between 11:40 PM on 3/2 and 9:00 AM on 3/3, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked at the Foothill Heights Apartments on N. Foothill Boulevard and took a checkbook.  The suspect(s) then forged and cashed three checks from the checkbook for a total loss of about $720.

Vehicle Burglary - Alpine Drive  
Between 8:00 PM on 3/5 and 5:30 AM on 3/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Alpine Drive and took a drill for a total loss of about $200.

Stolen Vehicle - Homestead Road
Between 11:00 PM on 3/3 and 5:05 AM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked at the Markham Apartments on Homestead Road.  The vehicle had an approximate value of $4,000.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Homestead Road    
At 5:10 AM on 3/4, deputies recovered a vehicle, previously stolen from San Jose, in the 20000 block of Homestead Road.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Bandley Drive and took a backpack containing electronics for a total loss of about $4,150.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 9:50 AM and 7:30 PM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on N. De Anza Boulevard and took two cellular phones for a total loss of about $200.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 8:00 AM and 10:05 AM on 3/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Homestead High School on Homestead Road.  The rear seat was folded down, and the vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.  The total amount of damage was about $2,500.

Vehicle Burglary - Mariani Avenue          
Between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM on 3/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Mariani Avenue and took a backpack for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Saich Way
At 5:20 PM on 3/6, the suspect took about $374 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way. The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance - N. De Anza Boulevard and Valley Green Drive
At 12:26 PM on 3/11, deputies stopped two bicyclists at N. De Anza Boulevard and Valley Green Drive for traffic violations.  An investigation revealed one of the bicyclists was in possession of a controlled substance and had an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM on 3/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took an electronic tablet, gym bag, headphones and laptop for a total loss of about $4,400.

Vandalism - N. Stelling Road       
At 11:21 AM on 3/16, deputies responded to a disturbance call at McDonald’s on N. Stelling Road.  An investingation revealed the suspect kicked the victim’s rear bicycle tire, bending the wheel.  The total amount of damage was about $100.  The suspect is known and at large.

(ARREST) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Homestead Road
At 10:11 PM on 3/16, deputies made contact with a motorist in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road regarding a parking violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was cited and released.

 Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way             
At 10:12 AM on 3/17, unknown suspect(s) used a lock picking device to enter a vehicle parked at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way and took a bag, snow boots and vehicle insurance and registration paperwork for a total loss of about $40.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM on 3/18, unknown suspect(s) called the victim claiming to represent a local law enforcement agency, alleged the victim had an outstanding arrest warrant, and convinced the victim to provide payment for alleged fines by transferring approximately $8,747 to a Bitcoin ATM machine.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Sale of Tobacco to Minor - Homestead Road
At 5:40 PM on 3/18, a tobacco sales compliance check was conducted at Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road, whereby the suspect sold a tobacco product to a minor under 21 years old.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Sale of Tobacco to Minor - S. De Anza Boulevard
At 7:38 PM on 3/18, a tobacco sales compliance check was conducted at the Coach House on S. De Anza Boulevard whereby the suspect sold a tobacco product to a minor under 21 years old.  The suspect was cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
Between 9:30 PM on 3/18 and 9:30 AM on 3/19, unknown suspect(s) entered the Kobe Pho and Grill restaurant in the Oaks Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard by breaking the glass front door and took a cash register for a total loss of about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 10:30 PM on 3/20 and 7:35 AM on 3/21, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Hotel on N. De Anza Boulevard.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

(ARREST) Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Homestead Road
At 1:00 AM on 3/22, deputies made contact with the occupants of a suspicious vehicle at the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.  An investigation revealed the vehicle’s two occupants were in possession of Cocaine and drug paraphernalia, and had outstanding warrants, in violation of one of the suspect’s probation terms.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road
Between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on 3/22, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked at the Markham Apartments on Homestead Road and took checks, a jacket, jewelry, perfume, tools and sunglasses for a total loss of about $1,037.

Between 9:00 AM on 2/28 and 3:30 PM on 3/2, unknown suspect(s) took a spare car key mailed to the victim’s residence in the 20000 block of Joseph Circle for a total loss of about $150.

Vehicle Burglary - Infinite Loop 
Between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Infinite Loop and took a backpack containing keys and a laptop for a total loss of about $1,050.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 8:40 AM and 5:35 PM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a bag containing electronics for a total loss of about $3,116.

(ARREST) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Linnet Lane and Homestead Road
At 9:43 PM on 3/4, deputies stopped a motorist at Linnet Lane and Homestead Road for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
Between 4:05 AM and 4:45 AM on 3/5, unknown suspect(s) entered Evolution Bike Shop in the Portal Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard by prying a door open and creating a hole in a wall.  The suspect(s) took four bicycles for a total loss of about $19,600.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 11:55 AM and 1:05 PM on 3/7, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on N. De Anza Boulevard and took cash, credit cards, an external hard drive and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,200.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - N. De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue
At 8:57 PM on 3/10, deputies stopped a motorist at N. De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and had four outstanding warrants.  The suspect was cited and released.

Stolen Vehicle - Via Napoli          
Between 9:00 AM on 3/8 and 11:00 AM on 3/10, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Via Napoli. The vehicle had an unknown value.

Residential Burglary - Via Paviso               
Between 3:00 PM on 3/10 and 10:00 AM on 3/11, unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s open garage at the Aviare Apartments on Via Paviso and took a bicycle for a total loss of about $1,500.

Vehicle Burglary - Mariani Avenue          
Between 2:00 PM on 3/12 and 1:15 PM on 3/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Mariani Avenue and took a laptop for a total loss of about $400.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 4:30 PM and 5:20 PM on 3/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Bay Club at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a bag containing a laptop for a total loss of about $2,200.

Between 7:45 PM and 9:30 PM on 3/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Oakmont Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took a backpack for a total loss of about $20.

Between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM on 3/16, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a backpack containing a jacket, keys and a phone charger for a total loss of about $215.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 5:10 PM and 6:43 PM on 3/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Benihana at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing personal items and school supplies for an unknown total loss.

At 3:01 PM on 2/9, two suspects entered Apple on N. Tantau Avenue and took about $2,544 of merchandise without paying.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM on 3/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took cash, a cellular phone and a laptop for a total loss of about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 12:50 PM and 3:35 PM, on 3/9 unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Benihana at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack, which was located discarded nearby.

Between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM on 3/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Bay Club at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $1,600.

At 12:55 AM on 3/12, deputies made contact with a suspicious person reported at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 9:00 PM and 11:35 PM on 3/12, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Benihana at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing a school textbook for a total loss of about $170.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 4:39 PM on 3/13, an unknown suspect took an unsecured bicycle left near Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about $1,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
At 11:33 AM on 3/15, an unknown suspect broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took two suitcases containing a cellular phone and clothing for a total loss of about $3,500.

On 3/19, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s credit card information and made a fraudulent purchase for an unknown total loss.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 5:20 PM and 7:45 PM on 3/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle in the parking garage near Bowlmor Lanes at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took electronics for a total loss of about $5,029.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:30 PM and 7:35 PM on 3/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took suitcases containing clothing for a total loss of about $600.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 8:10 PM and 9:10 PM on 3/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near 99 Ranch Market in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road, accessed the trunk, and took a laptop for a total loss of about $500.

Commercial Burglary - S. Foothill Boulevard        
At 3:43 AM on 3/15, unknown suspects entered Cupertino Bike Shop on S. Foothill Boulevard by prying the front door open, then cut a cable lock and took nine bicycles for a total loss of about $42,250.

Residential Burglary - Ramona Court      
Between 2:00 PM and 9:30 PM on 3/18, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 22000 block of Ramona Court by breaking a sliding glass door and took cash and jewelry for a total loss of about $830.

(ARREST) Possession of Toluene and Drug Paraphernalia - S. De Anza Boulevard
At 2:05 PM on 3/5, deputies responded to a suspicious persons call at Subway Sandwiches on S. De Anza Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of five cans of compressed gas duster and drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was cited and released.

Residential Burglary - Tonita Way             
Between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM on 3/9, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of Tonita Way by breaking a rear sliding glass door and took property for an unknown total loss.

Residential Burglary - Belknap Drive       
Between 8:00 AM on 3/8 and 10:00 PM on 3/10, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 7800 block of Belknap Drive by forcing a door open and took cash and jewelry for a total loss of about $16,500.

 (ARREST) False Personation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance - Highway 85 and Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 3:13 PM on 3/10, deputies stopped a motorist at Highway 85 and Stevens Creek Boulevard for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia, while the suspect passenger provided personal identifying information of another to avoid detection of four outstanding warrants, in violation of the suspect’s probation.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) False Registration Tab, Suspended DL, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia -Lawrence Expressway and Interstate 280
At 10:27 AM on 3/4, deputies stopped a motorist in the area of Lawrence Expressway and Interstate 280 for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving a vehicle with a fraudulent registration tab affixed to it, with a suspended driver’s license, while in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - S. De Anza Boulevard and Pacifica Drive
At 7:56 PM on 3/4, deputies stopped a motorist at S. De Anza Boulevard and Pacifica Drive for traffic violations.  An investigation revealed one of the passengers in the vehicle was under the influence of a controlled substance, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  That suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.  Further investigation revealed another passenger in the vehicle was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had two outstanding warrants.  That suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:00 PM and 7:54 PM on 3/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took bags containing electronics for a total loss of about $4,255.

Robbery - East Estates Drive      
At 7:59 PM on 3/6, the victim used a phone application to arrange a meeting in the 800 block of East Estates Drive for the purpose of selling a jacket.  Unknown suspect(s) showed up to the meeting, held the victim down and took the victim’s cellular phone and wallet for a total loss of about $751.

(ARREST) Trespassing, Possession of Burglary Tools and Drug Paraphernalia - Wunderlich Drive
At 10:27 AM on 3/7, deputies responded to a trespassing call at a vacant residence in the 10000 block of Wunderlich Drive.  An investigation revealed that in addition to trespassing, the suspect was also in possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia and had three outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Ignition Interlock Device Required, Suspended DL - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Judy Avenue
At 11:00 PM on 3/7, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Judy Avenue for traffic violations.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver did not have an ignition interlock device installed in the vehicle, as required per court order, and was driving with a suspended driver’s license.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance - Judy Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard
 At 12:35 AM on 3/8, deputies made contact with a pedestrian in the area of Judy Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect pedestrian was in possession of crack cocaine.  The suspect was cited and released.

 Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM on 3/8, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near TP Tea in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road and took a laptop for a total loss of about $600.

Vehicle Burglary - Miller Avenue              
Between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM on 3/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at an office building in the 10000 block of Miller Avenue and took beauty products for a total loss of about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:20 PM and 10:15 PM on 3/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took bags containing cash and electronics for a total loss of about $2,300.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM on 3/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing school work and an electronic translator for a total loss of about $300.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM on 3/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing a laptop and notebooks for a total loss of about $1,300.

Vehicle Burglary – City of Cupertino       
Between 12:00 PM on 3/18 and 11:00 AM on 3/20, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle while it was parked at an unknown location in Cupertino and searched the vehicle, but did not take anything.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
On 3/22, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s online employment account and added an unauthorized checking account to which the victim’s earnings were diverted to for a total loss of about $747.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
Between 3/2 and 3/24, unknown suspect(s) used the victims’ personal information to access the victims’ checking account and transferred money out of the account.  The suspect(s) also opened multiple banking accounts using the victims’ information for an unknown total loss.  The victims live in Cupertino.

Residential Burglary - Cottonwood Drive              
Between 8:00 PM on 3/22 and 6:30 PM on 3/24, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 900 block of Cottonwood Drive by breaking a rear sliding glass door and took assorted currencies for an unknown total loss.
