BEAT AREA C1

Vehicle Burglary - Mossy Oak Court        
Between 7:45 PM on 3/31 and 7:00 AM on 4/1, unknown suspect(s) entered a locked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Mossy Oak Court using unknown means and took cash for a total loss of about $40.

Vehicle Burglary - Cristo Rey Drive           
Between 2:00 PM and 3:40 PM on 4/11, unknown suspect(s) broke door locks on multiple vehicles parked at the Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve on Cristo Rey Drive and took cash and credit cards from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $40.

(ARREST) Vehicle Tampering, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance - Sweet Oak Street
At 6:30 PM on 4/2, deputies responded to a call in the 10000 block of Sweet Oak Street on report of someone trying to break into a vehicle.  An investigation revealed the suspect tried to get into a vehicle and tampered with its license plates.  Further investigation revealed the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road
Between 9:00 PM on 4/7 and 9:00 AM on 4/8, unknown suspect(s) cut multiple locks and took a generator belonging to the Cupertino Sanitary District from a trailer located in the 22000 block of Homestead Road for a total loss of about $30,000.

Commercial Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 2:00 AM and 2:05 AM on 4/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through a glass door at the 76 gas station on Homestead Road and took cigarettes and lottery tickets for a total loss of about $5,100.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 12:30 PM and 12:43 PM on 3/28, unknown suspects broke through the windows of four vehicles parked in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took electronics, a purse and personal effects for a total loss of about $3,435.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 4:15 PM on 3/28, the suspect took about $472 of store merchandise without paying from Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 2:10 PM and 2:38 PM on 3/30, the suspect took about $140 of store merchandise without paying from Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect was cited and released.

Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
On 3/13, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s credit card account and made multiple fraudulent purchases.  The suspect(s) also attempted to open other credit accounts using the victim’s personal information and submitted a change of address request with the post office.  The total amount of loss is unknown.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vehicle Burglary, Reckless Evading - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way         
Between 8:30 PM and 9:45 PM on 4/1, unknown suspects broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the Outback Steakhouse restaurant on Valley Green Drive and took a gym bag containing clothing for a total loss of about $200.  Deputies located the involved suspect vehicle nearby in the Target parking lot on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way, where the vehicle’s occupants appeared to be casing vehicles to burglarize there as well.  Further investigation revealed the vehicle was also wanted in relation to a vehicle burglary out of Lafayette.  Deputies attempted to stop the suspect vehicle, but the suspect driver did not yield and recklessly evaded.  The pursuit was terminated and the suspects remain unknown and at large. 

Vandalism - Homestead Road   
Between 8:15 AM and 2:45 PM on 4/2, unknown suspect(s) dented and scratched a vehicle parked at Homestead High School on Homestead Road.  The total amount of damage was estimated as greater than $400.

Vandalism - Homestead Road
At 4:03 AM on 4/7, deputies responded to an alarm call at Homestead High School on Homestead Road and found that unknown suspect(s) used a rock to break a classroom window.  The total amount of damage was about $2,600.

 Shoplifting - Homestead Road   
At 5:30 PM on 4/9, two suspects took an unknown amount of store merchandise without paying from Ulta Beauty in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.  One suspect is known, the other is unknown, and both are at large.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 11:00 PM on 4/10 and 6:00 AM on 4/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through a glass door at the Shell gas station on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took lottery tickets for a total loss of about $6,440.

Petty Theft - Alves Drive              
Between 11:00 AM and 3:18 PM on 4/13, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked at the YMCA on Alves Drive and took a wallet for an unknown total loss.

Robbery - Homestead Road       
At 11:00 AM on 4/14, the suspect approached the victim in the Safeway parking lot at the the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took the victim’s purse from her person before getting into a waiting vehicle and fleeing the scene for an unknown total loss.  The suspects are unknown and at large.

BEAT AREA C4

 (ARREST) Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard
On 3/13 and 3/31, the suspect extinguished a burning cigarette on a camera in the parking structure at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard, collectively damaging two cameras.  The total amount of damage was about $5,037.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Theft by Credit Card - City of Cupertino
On 3/31, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s credit card information to fraudulently purchase airline tickets online for a total loss of about $2,563.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty Theft - Vista Drive
Between 7:25 AM and 3:00 PM on 4/5, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at Lawson Middle School on Vista Drive for a total loss of about $447.

Vehicle Burglary - Infinite Loop 
Between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM on 4/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Infinite Loop and took two suitcases containing cellular phones and laptops for a total loss of about $8,300.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road
Between 3:30 PM on 3/22 and 6:30 AM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) took building equipment from a construction site in the 18000 block of Homestead Road for a total loss of about $23,000.

(ARREST) Possession of Shuriken - Apple Park Way
At 1:33 PM on 3/25, deputies responded to a trespassing call at Apple on Apple Park Way.  An investigation revealed the suspect trespasser was in possession of a shuriken.  The suspect was admonished for trespassing, and arrested and booked into Main Jail for the weapon.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - N. Wolfe Road
Between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM on 3/29, two unknown suspects entered medical offices on N. Wolfe Road, asked to use the restroom, then stole a wallet from an open office and used credit cards from the wallet to make fraudulent purchases for an unknown total loss.

Petty Theft - N. Wolfe Road
Between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM on 3/29, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle at Doppio Zero on N. Wolfe Road for a total loss of about $800.

 (ARREST) Felon in Possession of Ammunition, Expired Registration, No Proof of Insurance, No License Plates - N. Wolfe Road and Vallco Parkway
At 2:02 PM on 4/4, deputies stopped a motorist at N. Wolfe Road and Vallco Parkway for driving a vehicle with no license plates.  An investigation revealed the plates were in the glove box, the vehicle’s registration was expired and the suspect driver did not have proof of insurance.  Further investigation revealed the suspect was a convicted felon and had a box of ammunition in the vehicle.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - N. Wolfe Road and Interstate 280
At 10:12 AM on 4/6, deputies made contact with two subjects in the area of N. Wolfe Road and Interstate 280.  An investigation revealed each suspect was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, in violation of one suspect’s probation terms, while the other also had an outstanding warrant.  Both were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Petty Theft - N. Wolfe Road       
At 4:06 PM on 4/7, unknown suspect(s) opened the unlocked rear passenger door of a vehicle parked at 99 Ranch Market in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road, while the victim sat in the driver’s seat, and took the victim’s purse for a total loss of about $110.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM on 4/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a suitcase containing cash, clothing, electronics and jewelry for a total loss of about $4,170.

Between 5:50 PM and 6:00 PM on 4/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near 99 Ranch Market in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a bag and a jacket for a total loss of about $130.

Residential Burglary - Granada Avenue 
Between 10:00 AM on 3/23 and 3:00 AM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 21000 block of Granada Avenue by prying a door open and took jewelry and keys for a total loss of about $1,710.

Stolen Vehicle - Terra Bella Drive
Between 10:30 PM on 3/26 and 6:30 AM on 3/27, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 11000 block of Terra Bella Drive.  The vehicle had an approximate value of $2,000.

Residential Burglary - Columbus Avenue              
Between 10:00 AM and 11:15 AM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 21000 block of Columbus Avenue by breaking a window and took electronics and jewelry for an unknown total loss.

Identity Theft -City of Cupertino              
On 3/18, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open two credit accounts.  The accounts were closed before any fraudulent charges were incurred.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

 Commercial Burglary - S. De Anza Boulevard
Between 3:00 PM on 3/31 and 5:30 AM on 4/1, unknown suspect(s) entered Bobbie’s Café on S. De Anza Boulevard by breaking the glass front door, opened an empty cash register, but did not take anything from the restaurant.  The total amount of damage to the door was about $500.

(ARREST) DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlicensed Driver, Open Container - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Bubb Road
At 11:54 PM on 4/1, deputies observed a motorist in the area of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Bubb Road committing multiple traffic violations.  Deputies stopped the vehicle and an investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, without a driver’s license, while in possession of Cocaine.  Further investigation revealed the suspect passenger was in possession of open containers of Marijuana.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Wells Spring Court      
Between 10:00 PM on 4/5 and 9:30 AM on 4/6, unknown suspect(s) entered a locked vehicle parked in the 11000 block of Wells Spring Court using unknown means and took a school ID card and vehicle registration paperwork for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) False Information to Peace Officer, Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Imperial Avenue and McClellan Road
At 8:19 PM on 4/6, deputies made contact with the occupants of a vehicle parked in the area of Imperial Avenue and McClellan Road regarding a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect passenger was a wanted parolee at large, who provided deputies with false identifying information and was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Petty Theft - Pine Brook Court  
Between 3:45 AM on 3/30 and 6:30 PM on 4/7, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 11000 block of Pine Brook Court and took headphones for a total loss of about $200.

Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
On 4/12, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open a service account.  No financial loss was incurred.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Vandalism, Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury - N. Foothill Boulevard and S. Walnut Circle
At 3:47 AM, on 4/12 deputies responded to a disturbance call at N. Foothill Boulevard and S. Walnut Circle.  An investigation revealed the suspect got the victim to stop his vehicle and then confronted the victim.  The suspect identified himself as a peace officer and punched the victim’s window causing the window to shatter, which cut the victim’s eye and lip.  The victim was taken to the hospital and the suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.  The total amount of damage to the victim’s vehicle was about $500.

Grand Theft - S. De Anza Boulevard
At 5:40 PM on 3/24, an unknown suspect entered CVS in the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard and took about $1,375 of store merchandise without paying.

Vandalism - S. De Anza Boulevard           
Between 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM on 3/30, unknown suspect(s) vandalized a vehicle parked at the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard.  The suspect(s) scratched the vehicle and broke a taillight.  The total amount of damage was about $1,300.

Vehicle Burglary - Bianchi Way at Stevens Creek Boulevard         
Between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM on 4/2, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked on Bianchi Way at Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a leather bag for a total loss of about $170.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - City of Cupertino       
Between 1:00 PM and 5:34 PM on 4/6, unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s wallet from her purse while she dined and shopped at various locations in Cupertino.  The suspect(s) then used credit cards from the wallet to make fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $3,400.

Forgery - City of Cuprertino
Between 3/26 and 3/27, the suspects obtained two outgoing checks written by the victim for mortgage and tax payments and forged and cashed the checks for a total loss of about $7,647.  One suspect is known, the other is unknown, and both are at large.  

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 8:00 AM and 11:20 PM on 4/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Panda Express on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Commercial Burglary - Pacifica Drive
Between 12:30 PM on 3/23 and 8:45 AM on 3/25, unknown suspect(s) entered a dental office in the 20000 block of Pacifica Drive by prying and kicking a side door open.  The suspect(s) searched through paperwork, but did not take anything from the business.

Residential Burglary - Betlin Avenue       
Between 8:40 AM and 3:00 PM on 3/27, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 800 block of Betlin Avenue by breaking a rear sliding glass door and took checkbooks, electronics and jewelry for an unknown total loss.

Criminal Threats – City of Cupertino       
At 8:37 PM on 3/27, the suspect(s) used a fake telephone number to text the victim criminal threats.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Resist/Delay a Peace Officer - Glenview Drive
At 8:55 PM on 3/28, deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence in the 10000 block of Glenview Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect was wanted for robbery.  Deputies attempted to arrest the suspect, but the suspect fled on foot and did not follow commands.  The suspect was ultimately detained, arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Robbery - Stevens Creek Boulevard and E. Estates Drive              
At 10:10 PM on 3/30, deputies responded to a disturbance call at Stevens Creek Boulevard and E. Estates Drive where an investigation revealed the victim was waiting to be picked up for a ride, when unknown suspects drove up to the victim, got out of the vehicle and demanded the victim’s property at gun point.  The suspects took the victims cellular phone before fleeing the scene for a total loss of about $200.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:00 PM and 8:31 PM on 4/2, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a bag containing a laptop for a total loss of about $2,050.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 7:20 PM and 8:00 PM on 4/2, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near QQ Noodle in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $2,150.

Petty Theft - Judy Avenue          
Between 5:00 PM on 3/30 and 6:45 AM on 4/4, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 10000 block of Judy Avenue and took a pair of sunglasses for a total loss of about $300.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - Bret Avenue
Between 4:00 PM on 4/3 and 5:15 AM on 4/4, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked at a residence in the 10000 block of Bret Avenue and took a wallet containing cash and credit cards for a total loss of about $190.  The suspect(s) then used credit cards from the wallet in attempts to make fraudulent purchases, and was successful in charging about $11. 

Petty Theft - Torre Avenue        
Between 7:45 PM and 7:55 PM on 4/5, unknown suspect(s) took a cellular phone and paperwork left unattended at a work station at the Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue for a total loss of about $200.

(ARREST) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 2:40 PM on 4/6, deputies made contact with a subject in front of the Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Stolen Vehicle - Pendergast Avenue
Between 9:30 PM on 4/9 and 10:30 AM on 4/10, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in front of a residence in the 19000 block of Pendergast Avenue.  The vehicle had an unknown value.

Grand Theft from Person - S. Portal Avenue       
At 12:10 PM on 4/10, the victim met the suspect at Wilson Park on S. Portal Avenue to sell the suspect a cellular phone, but after the victim handed the suspect the phone, the suspect ran off to a waiting vehicle without ever paying the victim for a total loss of about $789.  The suspect is known and at large. 

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 6:45 PM and 9:57 PM on 4/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Attempted Vehicle Burglary, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Reckless Evading - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 8:56 PM on 4/10, deputies observed multiple unknown suspects looking into cars parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and attempted to stop the suspect vehicle as it left the parking lot.  The suspect vehicle drove directly into a police car, with a deputy sitting in the driver’s seat, ramming the deputy’s car out of the way.  The suspects recklessly evaded and the pursuit was terminated.  The suspects are unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 7:45 PM and 8:34 PM on 4/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Walgreens in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 6:40 PM and 8:15 PM on 4/12, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Residential Burglary - E. Estates Drive
Between 4:00 PM and 4:21 PM on 4/13, unknown suspect(s) entered the open garage of a residence in the 800 block of E. Estates Drive and took cash left on a table for a total loss of about $60.
