Residential Burglary - Juniper Court        
Between 2:36 PM and 2:51 PM on 5/16, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of Juniper Court by forcing a window open and took a safe containing cash, jewelry and paperwork for a total loss of about $7,400.

Petty Theft - Barranca Drive       
At 6:18 PM on 5/15, an unknown suspect took a mail package from the front doorstep of a residence in the 10000 block of Barranca Drive for a total loss of about $100.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
Between 4/1 and 4/15, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open credit card accounts and made multiple fraudulent charges for a total loss of about $3,800.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 4/26 and 5/3, the victims contacted unknown suspect(s) regarding an online posting for a home rental.  The victims completed a rental application, e-mailed it to the suspect(s), money wired about $10,500 to allegedly cover the security deposit and first month’s rent, and then lost contact with the suspect(s) before realizing it was a scam.  The victims live in Cupertino.

Pass Counterfeit Bill, Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 9:48 PM on 5/5, unknown suspects used counterfeit currency to purchase electronics at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way for a total loss of about $840. 

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 3:39 PM on 5/6, the suspect took about $236 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  Further investigation revealed the suspect had four outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 7:30 PM and 9:40 PM on 5/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the Apple Fitness Center on Bandley Drive and took a laptop from one vehicle for a total loss of about $1,300.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 5:30 PM on 5/8, the suspect took about $29 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

Residential Burglary - N. Stelling Road    
Between 5:00 PM on 5/8 and 6:00 AM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked garage unit at the Markham Apartments on N. Stelling Road and took bedding, clothes and suitcases for a total loss of about $584.

Identity Theft, Theft by Credit Card – City of Cupertino 
On 5/9, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal and credit card information to make a fraudulent purchase in another country for an unknown total loss.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - N. Stelling Road
At 3:50 AM on 5/9, deputies made contact with the occupant of a suspicious vehicle parked at the Quinlan Community Center on N. Stelling Road.  An investigation revealed the vehicle was previously stolen from San Jose and the suspect driver was also in possession of Heroin and drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

 (ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - N. Stelling Road
At 12:40 AM on 5/11, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead and N. Stelling Roads for traffic violations.  An investigation revealed the suspect passenger was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was cited and released.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way        
At 10:07 AM on 5/13, an unknown suspect took about $176 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.

(ARREST) Misappropriation of Found Property - Homestead Road and Franco Court
At 12:01 PM on 5/13, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead Road and Franco Court for vehicle violations.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of misappropriated found property.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 8:00 PM on 5/13 and 7:45 AM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Village Green Apartments on Homestead Road and took a dashboard camera and sunglasses for a total loss of about $175.

Vehicle Burglary - Mary Avenue               
Between 8:30 PM on 5/13 and 8:30 AM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of three vehicles, and damaged the window of a fourth in the 10000 block of Mary Avenue.  The suspect(s) took a GPS device, paperwork, sunglasses, and two pairs of running shoes for a total loss of about $400.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 7:48 PM and 8:45 PM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Lei Garden restaurant on Bandley Drive and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $1,400.  Shortly thereafter, the suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing glasses, headphones and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,400.

Vandalism - Valley Green Drive
Between 5:00 PM and 6:45 PM on 5/16, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Outback Steakhouse on Valley Green Drive.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Petty Theft - Valley Green Drive              
Between 9:30 PM on 5/19 and 10:00 AM on 5/20, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked at the Villages at Cupertino Apartment Homes on Valley Green Drive and took cash, a checkbook, clothing, keys and sunglasses for a total loss of about $710.

 (ARREST) Trespassing, Public Intoxication - N. De Anza Boulevard
At 8:43 AM on 5/22, deputies responded to a disturbance call at the Aloft Hotel on N. De Anza Boulevard.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was also unable to care for himself due to being under the influence of alcohol.  The suspect was booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:45 PM and 7:04 PM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Marina Food in the Marina Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took two backpacks containing cash, a lunchbox, and school binders and books for a total loss of about $120.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way             
Between 6:56 PM and 6:58 PM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle in the Target parking lot on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way and took luggage and a bag containing cash, a laptop and passports for a total loss of about $4,500.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - Homestead Road      
Around 6:00 PM on 5/23, unknown suspect(s) took a wallet from a purse in an unlocked vehicle parked near Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and subsequently used credit cards in the wallet to make fraudulent purchases totaling approximately $2,223.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Homestead Road and N. De Anza Boulevard
At 9:30 PM on 5/7, deputies made contact with a motorist parked in the bus lane at Homestead Road and N. De Anza Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and had five outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

 (ARREST) Possession of Graffiti Tools - Perimeter Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 10:45 AM on 5/8, deputies stopped a motorist at Perimeter Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of graffiti tools and had three outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 4:30 PM and 9:35 PM on 5/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a backpack, a purse electronics and paperwork for a total loss of about $6,289.

(ARREST) Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Villa De Anza and Lucille Avenues. 
At 2:44 AM on 5/17, deputies made contact with the occupants of a suspicious vehicle parked at Villa De Anza and Lucille Avenues.  An investigation revealed the two suspect occupants in the vehicle were in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, in violation of both suspect’s probation terms.  Both were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Possession of Misappropriated Found and Stolen Property, Suspended DL - Homestead Road and Langport Way
At 4:24 PM on 5/20, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead Road and Langport Way for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of misappropriated and stolen property, and was driving with a suspended driver’s license, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Possession of Billy Club, Suspended DL - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue
At 6:13 PM on 5/20, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of a Billy club and was driving with a suspended driver’s license, while the suspect passenger had an outstanding warrant.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary N. De Anza Boulevard 
Between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the Comerica Bank parking lot on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a backpack containing clothes for a total loss of about $1,000.

Between 10:20 PM and 11:00 PM on 5/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took two backpacks containing paperwork for a total loss of about $100.

Mail Theft - Northcrest Square 
Between 12:02 PM and 2:00 PM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) took a mail package from the front porch of a residence in the 20000 block of Northcrest Square for a total loss of about $150.

Between 4:55 PM and 9:00 PM on 5/8, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Benihana at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road.  The rear seat was folded down, the trunk searched, but nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
At 1:24 PM on 5/9, an unknown suspect took about $128 of store merchandise without paying from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near TD Ameritrade at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took electronics for a total loss of about $5,490.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 6:45 PM and 7:37 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of five vehicles parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack, cash, credit cards and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,630.

Vehicle Burglary - Forge Drive   
Between 1:30 PM and 3:45 PM on 5/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at an Apple office building on Forge Drive and took a backpack containing charger cords and a portable power bank for a total loss of about $105.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 4:15 PM and 4:18 PM on 5/14, unknown suspects broke through the windows of three vehicles parked at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took headphones and laptops for a total loss of about $3,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue   
Between 8:00 AM on 5/13 and 7:48 PM on 5/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Hampton Apartments on Pruneridge Avenue and took luggage for an unknown total loss.

Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road
At 5:50 PM on 5/15, unknown suspects broke through the windows of two vehicles parked near Bowlmor Cupertino at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road.  Nothing was taken from either vehicle.

Petty Theft - N. Wolfe Road       
Between 3:30 PM and 5:45 PM on 5/18, unknown suspect(s) took cash from a wallet left in a locker at the Bay Club at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road for a total loss of about $704.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 3:40 PM and 4:20 PM on 5/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Ice Center at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a cooler for a total loss of about $20.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 3:00 PM and 6:15 PM on 5/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked near Benihana restaurant at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing school books from one vehicle, and nothing from the other, for a total loss of about $36.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
At 8:36 AM on 5/24, an unknown suspect entered Café Lattea on Stevens Creek Boulevard during non-business hours through an unlocked door and took a basket containing change for a total loss of about $200.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 9:05 PM and 9:20 PM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $3,050.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 9:15 PM and 10:40 PM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Apple Green Bistro in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road, folded the rear seats down, but did not take anything from the vehicle.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 9:31 PM and 11:00 PM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle in the parking lot for Cream Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard, searched the trunk, and took unknown items from the backseat for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Stevens Creek County Park on Stevens Canyon Road
At 9:52 PM on 5/10, deputies responded to Stevens Creek County Park on Stevens Canyon Road on report of a vehicle in the park after hours.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Residential Burglary - Almaden Avenue
Between 11:00 PM on 4/25 and 11:30 PM on 5/7, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 21000 block of Almaden Avenue by kicking a door open.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence.

 Stolen License Plate - Rainbow Drive      
Between 5:00 PM on 5/9 and 9:15 AM on 5/10, unknown suspect(s) stole the rear license plate from a vehicle while it was parked in the 7400 block of Rainbow Drive for an unknown total loss.

Grand Theft from Person, Theft by Credit Card - Stevens Creek Boulevard          
At 4:50 PM on 5/12, an unknown suspect took a wallet from an unattended purse left in a shopping cart at Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard and used credit cards in the wallet to make fraudulent purchases totaling about $8,400.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 4/24 and 5/13, the victim posted a household item for sale online and was contacted by unknown suspect(s) claiming interest in purchasing it.  The suspect(s) sent the victim a check in excess of the victim’s asking price and asked the victim to mail back the difference.  The victim complied and the check bounced for a total loss of about $1,400.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty Theft - S. Foothill Boulevard           
Between 1:45 PM and 3:00 PM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) took a mail package from the front porch of a residence in the 10000 block of S. Foothill Boulevard for a total loss of about $486.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 3:40 PM and 5:30 PM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Blue Pheasant Restaurant on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a bag containing a checkbook and a wallet for a total loss of about $1,100.

Vandalism - Pasadena Avenue  
Between 5:25 PM and 7:00 PM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) scratched a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Pasadena Avenue.  The total damages were estimated to be in excess of $400.

Between 5:15 PM and 6:26 PM on 5/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the De Anza Plaza shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard and took assorted electronics for a total loss of about $6,000.

Grand Theft - N. De Anza Boulevard       
Between 5:55 PM and 6:25 PM on 5/15, unknown suspect(s) took a laptop from an unlocked vehicle parked at 99 Ranch Market in the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard for a total loss of about $1,500.

(ARREST) Possession of Marijuana for Sales, Driving with a Suspended DL - S. De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards
At 10:38 AM on 5/20, deputies stopped a motorist at S. De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of Marijuana for sales and was driving with a suspended driver’s license.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 8:00 PM and 9:39 PM on 5/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took headphones, hearing aids and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,575.

(ARREST) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance - Hunter Way and Carver Drive
At 5:36 PM on 5/7, deputies responded to a report of a man down at Hunter Way and Carver Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
At 3:38 AM on 5/8, unknown suspect(s) entered the Rotten Robbie gas station on Stevens Creek Boulevard by breaking a glass door and attempted to steal a safe, but were unsuccessful.  The total amount of damage is unknown.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 5:35 PM and 5:47 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing glasses and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,250.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing a book for a total loss of about $50.

Between 6:15 PM and 7:40 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Arya Restaurant on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  Nothing was taken from either vehicle.

Between 6:45 PM and 9:25 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a laptop from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $1,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard                        
Between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Counter restaurant on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack, which was later found and returned to the victim, and a pair of sunglasses for a total loss of about $100.

Vandalism - Miller Avenue          
Between 10:00 PM on 5/11 and 8:00 AM on 5/12, unknown suspect(s) cut a tarp covering a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 800 block of Miller Avenue, scratching the vehicle’s paint in the process.  The total amount of damage was about $1,200.

Grand Theft - Torre Avenue
Between 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue for a total loss of about $1,062.

Vehicle Burglary - Rodrigues Avenue     
Between 9:00 PM on 5/13 and 7:50 AM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 20000 block of Rodrigues Avenue and took a cellular phone and glasses for a total loss of about $122.

 (ARREST) Reckless Evading, Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, Identity Theft - N. De Anza Boulevard and Interstate 280
At 1:46 AM on 5/15, deputies attempted to stop a motorist at N. De Anza Boulevard and Interstate 280 for speeding, but the suspect driver fled from deputies and recklessly evaded until crashing.  An investigation revealed the suspect vehicle was previously stolen from Los Altos and the suspect driver was in possession of Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and indicia of identity theft.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

 (ARREST) Trespassing - Johansen Drive
At 4:20 PM on 5/16, deputies responded to a suspicious person call in the 10000 block of Johansen Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect was trespassing, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

 Residential Burglary - East Estates Drive
Between 6:30 PM on 5/15 and 5:30 PM on 5/17, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of East Estates Drive by breaking a rear sliding glass door.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence.

 (ARREST) False Report of an Emergency - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Torre Avenue
At 4:03 AM on 5/17, deputies were called away from a traffic stop involving an unlicensed driver at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Torre Avenue for a priority emergency call.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver from the traffic stop called in a false emergency to have deputies pulled away to that call.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 5/5 and 5/16, unknown suspect(s) telephoned the victim claiming to work for a mail delivery service and told the victim that she illegally mailed a package containing fraudulent bank cards and would need to transfer money to a designated account to avoid jail, deportation and the freezing of her assets.  The victim complied for a total loss of about $12,000.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vandalism - Candlewood Court
Between 6:00 PM on 5/21 and 8:00 AM on 5/22, unknown suspect(s) scratched a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Candlewood Court.  The total amount of damage was about $1,000.

(ARREST) Misappropriation of Found Property, Expired Registration - S. De Anza Boulevard for
At 5:39 PM on 5/25, deputies stopped a motorist at Silverado Avenue and S. De Anza Boulevard for a vehicle violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of misappropriated found property and was driving a vehicle with expired registration.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Richwood Court          
Between 7:30 PM and 9:45 PM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Richwood Court and searched the passenger and trunk compartments, but it is unknown if anything was taken from the vehicle.
