On 5/26, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to obtain a line of credit and attempted to transfer $4,000 against the line, but the victim cancelled the transaction and no financial loss was incurred.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vehicle Burglary, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card - Alves Drive
Between 8:30 PM and 9:35 PM on 5/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the YMCA on Alves Drive and took a purse from one of the vehicles for a loss of about $500.  The suspect(s) then used credit cards form the purse to make fraudulent purchases totaling about $3,143.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 4:58 PM on 6/1, the suspect took about $282 of store merchandise without paying from Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect was cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 5:36 AM on 6/2, unknown suspect(s) entered the Chaat House and Thai Square restaurants in The Oaks shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard by breaking the front glass doors and took a cash box containing $100 from the Thai Square restaurant, but nothing from the Chaat House.

Organized Retail Theft, Robbery - Homestead Road
At 11:42 AM on 6/2, two unknown suspects entered Ulta Beauty in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took approximately $2,000 of store merchandise without paying.  As the suspects fled the store, one of the suspects pushed an employee.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 1:40 PM on 6/2, an unknown suspect took about $600 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road
Between 9:30 PM on 5/17 and 8:30 AM on 5/20, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Markham Apartments on Homestead Road for a total loss of about $1,600. 

Attempted Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard      
Between 3:50 AM and 9:39 AM on 6/3, two unknown suspects used a sledgehammer in an attempt to break the front glass door of the Shane Company on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The total amount of damage was about $27,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM on 6/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Bandley Drive and took credit cards, laptops and personal documents for a total loss of about $3,000.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

At 4:28 PM on 6/4, the suspect took about $66 store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

Between 6:30 PM and 7:15 PM on 6/5, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Homestead Road and took personal electronics and documents for a total loss of about $2,729.

At 6:46 PM on 6/5, the suspect took about $1,736 of store merchandise without paying from Marina Foods on Bandley Drive.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way       
At 10:05 PM on 6/5, an unknown suspect took about $449 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.

Theft Credit Card - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way           
Between 4:30 PM and 5:19 PM on 6/6, unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s wallet and attempted to use the victim’s credit cards at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way, but the transaction were denied. 

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 6:07 PM on 6/6, the suspect took store merchandise totaling less than $950 without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 7:00 PM and 8:57 PM on 6/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of three vehicles parked in the Homestead Center shopping center on Homestead Road and took personal documents and electronics for an unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
At 8:14 PM on 6/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Lei Garden restaurant on Bandley Drive.  The suspect(s) rummaged through the vehicle, but took no items. 

Vehicle Theft - Valley Green Drive
Between 7:00 PM on 5/28 and 7:00 AM on 6/6, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Valley Green Drive. The vehicle had an unknown value.

Petty Theft - N. Stelling Road
Between 9:00 PM on 5/25 and 9:00 AM on 5/26, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Markham Apartments on N. Stelling Road for a total loss of about $300.

Stolen Vehicle - Valley Green Drive
Between 3:00 PM on 6/9 and 12:50 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) stole a motorcycle parked at the Valley Green Apartments on Valley Green Drive.  The motorcycle had an unknown value.

Between 9:22 AM and 9:44 AM on 6/10, an unknown suspect took about $769 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way. 

Criminal Threats - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
At 2:10 PM on 6/10, deputies responded to the Verizon Wireless store on Stevens Creek Boulevard where the victim reported the suspect became angry and threatened to batter the victim.  The suspect is known and at large.

Vandalism - Homestead Road   
Between 5:40 PM and 7:35 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) broke a window of a vehicle parked in the Homestead Center on Homestead Road.  The total amount of damage was about $400.

Between 8:18 AM and 8:34 AM on 6/11, an unknown suspect took about $409 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.

Between 4:30 PM and 5:45 PM on 6/11, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of a vehicle parked near Homestead Lanes in the Homestead Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took bags containing clothing and a wallet for an unknown total loss.

Between 12:00 AM and 9:17 AM on 6/15, unknown suspect(s) entered the Sizzling Lunch restaurant in the Saich Way Station shopping center on Saich Way using unknown means and took cash for a total loss of about $560.

Vehicle Burglary - Mariani Avenue and Infinite Loop       
Between 10:00 AM and 12:15 PM on 5/29, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of six vehicles parked in different Apple parking lots in the area of Mariani Avenue and Infinite Loop and took assorted electronics, backpacks, cash, credit cards, paperwork and purses for a total loss of about $10,055.

Grand Theft - Apple Tree Lane
Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on 5/29, the victim, who was in the process of moving and had multiple service providers in the residence located in the 20000 block of Apple Tree Lane, had jewelry and collector coins taken for a total loss of about $1,200.

Robbery - Villa De Anza and Lucille Avenues
At 10:30 PM on 5/31, the victim was out for a walk in the area of Villa De Anza And Lucille Avenues, when a vehicle driving down the road stopped, and two suspects exited the vehicle and approached the victim.  One suspect held a kitchen knife, while the other pushed the victim to the ground and took the victim’s cellular phone and money from the victim’s pocket for a total loss of about $630.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM on 5/31 and 1:15 AM on 6/1, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle secured to a light pole in the parking lot of the Portal Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about $1,300.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 11:00 AM on 6/7 and 7:45 PM on 6/8, unknown suspect(s) stole the front license plate from a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard for an unknown total loss.

Mail Theft - Via Volante
Between 9:00 AM on 5/20 and 5:00 PM on 5/29, unknown suspect(s) broke a lock and took mail from the mailbox of a residence in the 20000 block of Via Volante for a total loss of about $86.

 (ARREST) Unattended Animal in Vehicle - Infinite Loop
At 5:15 PM on 6/10, deputies responded to the Apple campus on Infinite Loop on report of an unattended animal left in a vehicle.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Speed Contest - N. De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road
At 10:13 PM on 6/10, deputies stopped a motorist engaged in a speed contest with another vehicle at N. De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road.  The suspect driver was cited and released.

Stolen Vehicle - Cartwright Way
At 7:50 AM on 6/11, the suspect stole the victim’s vehicle from the 20000 block of Cartwright Way.  The vehicle had an unknown vehicle.  The suspect is known and at large.

(ARREST) Ignition Interlock Device Required - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive
At 1:17 PM on 6/14, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, as required per court order.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 1:00 PM and 2:32 PM on 6/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard.  The suspect(s) folded the rear seats down and searched the vehicle, but did not take anything.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 4:00 PM on 5/26 and 12:00 AM on 5/27, unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard by prying open the driver’s door and took headphones, a speaker amplifier and box, and a pair of shoes for a total loss of about $760.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Tantau Avenue      
Between 2:19 PM and 2:50 PM on 5/27, unknown suspect(s) entered two vehicles parked at the Apple Visitor Center on N. Tantau Avenue by breaking through the window of one vehicle and prying open the window of the other.  The suspect(s) took two backpacks containing clothing, an electronic tablet, keys and an electric razor from one vehicle, and two backpacks from the second vehicle as well, those containing a laptop and an electronic reader for a total loss of about $1,890.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 4:45 PM and 6:00 PM on 5/31, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack and a purse for an unknown total loss.

Non-Injury Hit and Run Collision, Recovered Stolen Vehicle - N. Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue      
At 11:46 AM on 6/3, deputies responded to a vehicle collision at N. Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue.  An investigation revealed the vehicle was previously stolen from Santa Clara.  The suspect fled the collision scene on foot and is unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 8:30 PM and 9:51 PM on 6/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of N. Wolfe Road and took a cellular phone and a purse for a total loss of about $3,000.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

(ARREST) Trespassing - N. Tantau Avenue
At 12:14 PM on 6/4, deputies responded to a trespassing call at Apple on N. Tantau Avenue.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM on 6/6, the suspect took money from the tip jars at T4 and Cream in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about $46.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
Between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM on 6/7, unknown suspect(s) broke a window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The total amount of damage was about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near 99 Ranch Market in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $1,950.

(ARREST) Trespassing - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 9:07 PM on 6/13, deputies responded to a trespassing call at Tea Chansii at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was booked into Main Jail.

 (ARREST) Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road
Between 7:00 PM and 7:45 PM on 6/15, four subjects entered a closed area at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road after one kicked in a glass door.  The total amount of damage was about $550.  The vandal suspect was cited and released, while all four subjects were admonished for trespassing.

Between 5:45 PM and 5:55 PM on 6/16, three unknown suspects broke a glass door at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road.  The total amount of damage was about $800.

Between 9:00 PM on 5/17 and 8:00 AM on 5/18, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Craft Drive and took a cellular phone for a total loss of about $1,100.

Residential Burglary  - Garden Terrace Drive
Between 12:19 PM and 12:26 PM on 6/4, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 11000 block of Garden Terrace Drive through an unlocked patio door and took assorted jewelry for an unknown total loss.

At 10:11 AM on 6/10, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Orange Avenue for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, as required per court order.  The suspect was cited and released.

Residential Burglary - Terrace Drive
At 11:30 PM on 6/14, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 21000 block of Terrace Drive by breaking a rear glass door and took a document safe containing credit cards, jewelry and a social security card for a total loss of about $3,000.

Residential Burglary - Pine Brook Court
Between 12:30 AM and 12:37 AM on 6/16, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 11000 block of Pine Brook Court after breaking a rear sliding glass door.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence.

Residential Burglary - Rose Blossom Drive            
Between 12:00 PM and 5:29 PM on 5/30, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 900 block of Rose Blossom Drive by removing a window screen to an unlocked window.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence.

Vandalism - Homestead Road
Between 9:15 AM and 7:20 PM on 5/31, unknown suspect(s) broke a window of a vehicle parked near Ever Trust Bank in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.  The total amount of damage is unknown.

(ARREST) Registration Fraud, Expired Registration - Stevens Creek and N. De Anza Boulevards
At 4:35 PM on 6/1, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek and N. De Anza Boulevards for expired registration.  An investigation revealed the vehicle had fraudulent registration tabs affixed to it.  The suspect driver was cited and released.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
At 1:30 AM on 6/5, unknown suspect(s) messaged the victim on a dating application and informed the victim that in order to first meet, the victim needed to send personal information and thousands of dollars in crypto currency and gift cards. The victim complied, but the meeting never took place, for a total loss of about $18,000.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 3/1 and 3/7, the victim responded to an ad posted online by unknown suspect(s) who claimed to have an apartment for rent.  The victim sent a cashier’s check to the suspect(s) to secure the rental as instructed by the suspect(s), then lost contact with the suspect(s) thereafter, for a total loss of about $3,691.  The victim lives in Cupertino. 

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino
Between 5/24 and 5/27, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s credit account and made fraudulent purchases totaling about $5,703.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Stolen Vehicle - S. Tantau Avenue
Between 11:30 PM on 5/26 and 6:00 AM on 5/27, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of S. Tantau Avenue.  The vehicle had an unknown value.

(ARREST) Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Non-Injury Hit and Run Collision - Tilson and S. Tantau Avenues
At 2:06 AM on 5/27, deputies responded to the area of Tilson and S. Tantau Avenues on report of a hit and run collision, where suspects were witnessed fleeing the scene on foot.  An investigation revealed the suspect vehicle was previously stolen from Mountain View.  Deputies located one suspect a short time later, while another remains unknown and at large.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:30 PM and 7:25 PM on 5/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing a laptop and a wallet, which had cash and credit cards in it, for a total loss of about $5,130.

Grand Theft - Bollinger Road
At 5:10 PM on 5/29, two unknown suspect(s) took about $1,225 of store merchandise without paying from Walgreens in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road.

Grand Theft - Torre Avenue       
Between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM on 5/30, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Torre Plaza office complex on Torre Avenue for a total loss of about $1,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:30 PM and 7:50 PM on 5/31, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Garlic Grill restaurant in The Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took unknown property.

Mail Theft, Identity Theft - Miller Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 5/24 and 12:09 PM on 6/1, unknown suspect(s) took mail from the victim’s mailbox in an apartment complex mail box bank at the Gardens of Fontainbleu Apartments on Miller Avenue, of which contained the victim’s newly issued credit card.  The suspect(s) used the credit card to make a fraudulent purchase for a total loss of about $24.

Grand Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 12:00 AM on 1/10 and 11:59 PM on 1/11, unknown suspect(s) transferred about $990.00 out of the victim’s checking account.  The bank refunded the victim’s money.  The suspect(s) is unknown and at large.

Residential Burglary - Torre Avenue
Between 12:00 PM on 4/19 and 12:00 PM on 5/20, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of Torre Avenue using unknown means and took assorted jewelry for a total loss of about $5,000.

Stolen Vehicle - South Tantau Avenue
Between 1:00 PM on 5/16 and 10:00 PM on 6/3, unknown suspect(s) stole a motorcycle parked in the 10000 block of South Tantau Avenue. The vehicle had an unknown value. 

Grand Theft - Johnson Avenue 
Between 3:00 PM on 5/31 and 6:40 AM on 6/1, unknown suspect(s) walked up the driveway of a residence in the 10000 block of Johnson Avenue and took a musical instrument and a bicycle for a total loss of about $3,212.

Residential Burglary - Torre Avenue       
Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 6/3, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of Torre Avenue through an unlocked front door.  The suspect(s) took assorted jewelry for a total loss of about $500.

(ARREST) Knife on School Grounds - Finch Avenue
At 12:47 PM on 6/3, deputies were called to Cupertino High School on Finch Avenue for a student with a knife on campus.   The suspect was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall.

Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 8:00 PM on 6/5 and 8:00 AM on 6/7, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked at the Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The vehicle had an unknown value.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 4:00 PM and 4:57 PM on 6/14, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road and took a backpack containing a laptop and personal documents for a total loss of about $2,520.
