Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - Manzanita Court       
Between 5:00 PM on 6/24 and 8:00 AM on 6/25, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Manzanita Court, took a wallet containing cash for a loss of about $190, then used credit cards from the wallet to make fraudulent purchases for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Mail Theft - Canyon Oak Way
Between 2/1 and 2/28, unknown suspect(s) took mail from the mailbox of a residence in the 21000 block of Canyon Oak Way for an unknown total loss.  On 6/28, a suspect was arrested in Campbell in possession of the stolen mail, and subsequently booked into Main Jail. 

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino           
On 6/28, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to obtain a service account and accrued charges totaling approximately $713.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

At 3:00 PM on 6/7, an unknown suspect took a mail package from a residence in the 10000 block of Adriana Avenue for a total loss of about $4,200.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 10:00 PM and 10:15 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Paul and Eddie’s bar on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing books and a calculator for a total loss of about $240.

Commercial Burglary - Valley Green Drive           
Between 4:30 PM on 3/7 and 9:50 AM on 3/8, unknown suspect(s) entered a storage unit at Public Storage on Valley Green Drive after breaking its padlock and took picture frames and stereo speakers for a total loss of about $2,500.

Stolen Vehicle - Celeste Circle   
Between 9:30 PM on 6/14 and 6:00 AM on 6/17, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Celeste Circle.  The vehicle had an unknown value.

Residential Burglary - Parkwood Drive   
Between 1:35 PM and 3:05 PM on 6/18, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence at the Glenwood Apartments on Parkwood Drive through an unlocked window, after removing the window screen, and took a game console, purse and wireless earbuds for a total loss of about $790. 

Grand Theft - N. Stelling Road   
Between 11:45 AM and 2:30 PM on 6/19, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Quinlan Community Center on N. Stelling Road for a total loss of about $3,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Alves Drive   
At 8:00 PM on 6/20, three unknown suspects broke through the windows of three vehicles at the YMCA on Alves Drive and took bags containing laptops for a total loss of about $4,450.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - Alves Drive   
Between 12:15 PM and 2:15 PM, unknown suspect(s) stole credit cards from a wallet in a locker at the YMCA on Alves Drive and attempted to use the credit cards to make fraudulent purchases, but the transactions were declined.

(ARREST) Suspended DL, Ignition Interlock Device Required - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way
At 1:10 PM on 6/21, deputies made contact with a motorist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving with a suspended driver’s license in a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, as required per court order.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Beardon Drive             
Between 1:07 AM and 1:16 AM on 6/23, two unknown suspects pried open a tool box affixed to the bed of a truck parked in the 10000 block of Beardon Drive and took tools for a total loss of about $2,000.

Robbery - Valley Green Drive   
At 10:08 AM on 6/24, two unknown suspects forcefully took a backpack from the victim after the victim parked and exited the victim’s vehicle at an Apple office building on Valley Green Drive.  The suspects struck the victim on the head and took an additional backpack from inside the victim’s vehicle.  The backpacks contained a checkbook, clothing, a laptop and shoes for a total loss of about $2,120.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 5:30 PM on 6/24, the suspect took about $170 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 8:25 PM and 10:14 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at an Apple office building on Bandley Drive and took an electronic tablet and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,500.

Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
Between 9:15 PM and 10:00 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) broke a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Sports Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The total amount of damage is unknown.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road       
Between 11:00 PM and 11:10 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.  The suspect(s) folded down the rear seats and took a backpack containing a driver’s license, electronics and passports for a total loss of about $250.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 5:20 PM on 6/25, the suspect took about $291 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 7:31 PM and 7:33 PM on 6/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Lei Garden restaurant on Bandley Drive and took cash, green cards, a laptop and passports for a total loss of about $20,970.

Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
Between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) cut the cloth convertible top of a vehicle parked at an Apple office building on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The total amount of damage is unknown.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
Between 9:15 AM and 9:36 AM on 6/27, an unknown suspect entered Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way and took store merchandise without paying for a total loss of about $1,100.

(ARREST) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance - Stevens Creek Boulevard. 
At 12:59 PM on 6/27, deputies responded to a suspicious person call at Memorial Park on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 7:29 PM on 6/27, the suspect took about $92 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Homestead Road
At 10:18 AM on 6/30, deputies made contact with a suspicious person in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
Between 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM on 7/3, an unknown suspect entered Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took about $1,495 of store merchandise without paying.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Mariani Avenue       
At 12:15 PM on 7/3, deputies recovered a vehicle, previously stolen from San Jose, in the 20000 block of Mariani Avenue.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

Shoplifting - Homestead Road   
At 1:56 PM on 7/6, two unknown suspects took about $40 of store merchandise without paying from Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road.

Petty Theft, Theft by Credit Card - Homestead Road     
At 1:54 PM on 7/7, unknown suspects distracted the victim while the victim shopped at Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took a wallet containing cash and credit cards from the victim’s purse for a loss of about $130.  The suspects then used the victim’s credit cards for numerous purchases and transactions totaling approximately $3,200.

On 4/19, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open credit and cellular phone service accounts incurring fraudulent charges totaling about $4,894.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty Theft - Northcrest Square               
Between 12:00 PM on 6/13 and 3:20 PM on 6/15, unknown suspect(s) took both license plates from a vehicle while it was parked in the 20000 block of Northcrest Square for an unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a briefcase for a total loss of about $150.  

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 4:00 AM and 6:34 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of three vehicles in an Apple parking lot on N. De Anza Boulevard.  It is unknown if anything was taken.

Petty Theft - Via Paviso
Between 8:20 AM and 4:45 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) took the rear license plate from a vehicle parked at the Aviare Apartments on Via Paviso for an unknown total loss.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
At 5:13 PM on 6/27, deputies recovered a vehicle, previously stolen from San Jose, parked in the Portal Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 10:00 PM and 11:50 PM on 7/5, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a laptop for a total loss of about $2,000.

Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road         
At 6:00 PM on 6/16, two unknown suspects damaged the paint of a vehicle parked near Nanyang Kitchen in the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road, after applying paint primer to the vehicle.  The total amount of damage was about $1,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 10:11 PM and 10:26 PM on 6/18, unknown suspects broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took backpacks containing a laptop and sports equipment for a total loss of about $1,880.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 7:05 PM and 7:45 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack, duffle bag and purse containing clothing, a laptop and personal items for a total loss of about $2,175.

Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard           
Between 9:15 AM and 5:07 PM on 6/21, unknown suspect(s) stole a motorcycle parked in the Main Street Cupertino parking garage on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The motorcycle, which had an approximate value of $12,000, was later recovered in San Jose.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 12:00 PM on 6/21 and 5:30 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Hilton Garden Inn on N. Wolfe Road.  The rear seats were folded down and the vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

Between 9:30 PM on 6/21 and 11:30 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Hilton Garden Inn on N. Wolfe Road and took an electronic tablet and jewelry for a total loss of about $1,400.

Between 10:15 PM on 6/21 and 6:00 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Courtyard by Marriot on N. Wolfe Road.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

Between 1:30 AM and 8:53 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Hilton Garden Inn on N. Wolfe Road.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino     
Between 6/10 and 6/14, unknown suspect(s) telephoned the victim claiming to work as foreign police and told the victim that the victim was involved in a money laundering scheme and would be arrested unless bail money and personal information was provided.  The victim complied and wire transferred about $19,820.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Trespassing - N. Tantau Avenue
At 10:45 AM on 6/24, deputies responded to a trespassing call at the Apple Park Visitor Center on N. Tantau Avenue.   An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 5:00 PM and 11:30 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a suitcase and a wallet for a total loss of about $125.

(ARREST) Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
At 4:20 PM on 6/26, deputies responded to a suspicious circumstances call in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard on report of subjects observed casing cars and breaking through a window of a vehicle, from which a bag of unknown value was taken.  The three responsible suspects were located and arrested later the same day in Los Gatos, and may be responsible for numerous other vehicle burglaries.  Two suspects were booked into Main Jail, while the third was booked into Juvenile Hall.

Between 5:00 PM and 6:15 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Apple Visitor Center on N. Tantau Avenue and took two backpacks containing electronics, passports and a pair of shoes for a total loss of about $3,100.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 8:49 PM and 9:34 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took three laptops for a total loss of about $6,000.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 8:30 PM and 10:15 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took electronics and a passport for a total loss of about $3,450. 

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 3:00 PM and 4:05 PM on 6/27, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took assorted currencies and electronics for a total loss of about $3,885.

Attempted Theft by False Pretense - N. Wolfe Road     
At 9:20 PM on 6/30, unknown suspect(s) telephoned a business located at Cupertino Village on N. Wolfe Road, claimed to work for the company’s corporate division, and instructed the employee to remove cash from the registers with money deposit and transfer instructions, to which the employee did not comply.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 1:10 PM and 1:15 PM on 7/1, unknown suspects broke through a window of a vehicle in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The vehicle, including a backpack therein was searched, but nothing was taken.

(ARREST) Trespassing - N. Tantau Avenue
At 5:03 PM on 7/5, deputies responded to a trespassing call at the Apple Visitor Center on N. Tantau Avenue.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 2:36 PM on 7/7, the suspect took about $12 of store merchandise without paying from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect was cited and released.

At 6:09 PM on 6/25, a tobacco sales compliance check was conducted at the Food Mart on Stevens Creek Boulevard whereby the suspect sold a tobacco product to a minor under 21 years old.  The suspect was cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard               
At 3:11 AM on 6/27, unknown suspect(s) entered Passion Nails and Spa on Stevens Creek Boulevard by breaking the front glass door.  The business was searched, but nothing was taken. 

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino           
Between 6/18 and 6/28, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s bank, online payment service and social media accounts and attempted fraudulent purchases and money transfers for an unknown total loss.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Residential Burglary - Riverside Drive     
Between 6:00 AM on 6/14 and 11:40 PM on 6/30, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 22000 block of Riverside Drive by breaking a glass door.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence.

Battery - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 7:10 AM on 5/10, the victim alleges the suspect intentionally opened a door into the victim while at Sprouts Farmers Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard, causing the victim to fall to the ground.  The suspect is unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - S. De Anza Boulevard
Between 8:00 PM and 8:40 PM on 6/17, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near 99 Ranch Market in the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard and took a backpack for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Misappropriation of Found Property - De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards
At 5:11 PM on 6/20, deputies made contact with a suspicious person in the area of De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards.  An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of debit and identification cards not belonging to the suspect, in violation of the suspect’s probation terms.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft - Bollinger Road
Between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM on 6/22, an unknown suspect took a purse left on a chair in Xu’s Acupuncture Clinic on Bollinger Road for a total loss of about $1,300.

Theft by False Pretenses, Fictitious Check – City of Cupertino   
Between 5/28 and 6/6, the victim applied for multiple jobs through an online employment services site and was contacted by unknown suspect(s) claiming to have an employment opportunity for the victim, but the victim would first need to deposit a check provided by the suspect(s), then use the money to send a cashier’s check and gift cards to a purported vendor to reimburse that vendor for electronics and software that would allegedly be needed to outfit the victim’s home office.  The victim complied for a total loss of about $6,839.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

False Personation of Another, Fraudulent Prescription Attempted - S. De Anza Boulevard           
At 7:30 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) telephoned the CVS pharmacy in the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard falsely identifying as a doctor and attempted to verbally fill a prescription request, but was unsuccessful.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 7:10 PM and 7:51 PM on 6/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Fontana’s Italian restaurant on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took clothing, an electronic tablet, foreign currency, a laptop and passport for a total loss of about $2,900.

Between 8:43 PM and 8:55 PM on 6/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Sprouts Farmers Market in the Cupertino Crossroads shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a gym bag for a total loss of about $50.

Robbery - East Estates Drive     
At 1:25 AM on 6/18, two unknown suspects pointed a handgun at the victims in the United Furniture Club parking lot on East Estates Drive and demanded money.  The victims complied and gave the suspects about $200 cash before the suspects fled the scene.

Petty Theft - Wunderlich Drive
Between 10:00 PM on 6/17 and 10:50 AM on 6/19, unknown suspect(s) took the rear license plate from a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Wunderlich Drive for an unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - Pacifica Drive
Between 6:30 PM on 6/21 and 8:30 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at a business complex in the 20000 block of Pacifica Drive.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

Between 8:00 PM on 6/21 and 8:41 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles in a row of parking on Town Center Lane and took cash, a gift card and pair of athletic shoes for a total loss of about $400.

Vandalism - Gascoigne Drive     
Between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) scratched the rear windshield of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Gascoigne Drive.  The total amount of damage was about $750.

Between 6/13 and 6/21, unknown suspect(s) took jewelry from an apartment at Chateau Cupertino on Torre Avenue using unknown means for a total loss of about $1,500.

Residential Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 3:10 PM on 6/25, unknown suspects entered a residence in the 20000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard through an unsecured rear patio door and took two bottles of alcohol for a total loss of about $100.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 7:30 PM and 7:33 PM on 6/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack, cash, clothing and a laptop for a total loss of about $1,550.

Organized Retail Theft - Bollinger Road
At 9:04 PM on 6/25, unknown suspects entered Walgreens in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road, concealed items in bags, and stole an unknown amount of store merchandise.

Reckless Evading - De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards         
At 7:25 PM on 6/26, deputies attempted to stop a motorist driving a stolen vehicle in the area of De Anza and Stevens Creek Boulevards, but the unknown suspect driver recklessly evaded and the pursuit was terminated.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard       
Between 7:30 PM and 9:45 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a watch from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $31,000.

Stolen Vehicle - Miller Avenue
Between 11:00 PM on 6/26 and 5:50 AM on 6/27, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Miller Avenue. The vehicle had an approximate value of $3,000.

(ARREST) Brandishing a Firearm, Negligent Discharge of a Firearm - Culbertson Drive
At 6:38 PM on 6/27, deputies responded to a disturbance call in the 10000 block of Culbertson Drive.  An investigation revealed the suspect got into a verbal altercation with the victims, pulled out a handgun, pointed it to towards one of the victims, and fired multiple rounds in an unknown direction while driving off and fleeing the scene.  The suspect was located and arrested later the same day and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Possession of Baton, False ID, Burglary Tools and Misappropriated Found Property - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stern Avenue
At 2:35 AM on 6/28, deputies stopped a bicyclist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stern Avenue for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect provided deputies with false identifying information to avoid detection of two outstanding warrants.  Further investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of a collapsible baton, burglary tools, and mail and credit cards not belonging to the suspect.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Assault and Battery - Torre Avenue       
At 1:14 PM on 6/30, deputies responded to a 9-1-1 abandoned call in the 10000 block of Torre Avenue.  An investigation revealed the suspect punched and scratched the victim.  The suspect is known and at large.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 2:30 PM and 9:00 PM on 6/30, unknown suspect(s) took a bicycle at the Cupertino Park Center Apartments on Stevens Creek Boulevard using unknown means for a total loss of about $700.

Grand Theft - Torre Avenue       
Between 6/3 and 7/1, unknown suspect(s) took jewelry from an apartment at Chateau Cupertino on Torre Avenue using unknown means for a total loss of about $10,000.

Residential Burglary - S. Tantau Avenue
Between 7:00 AM on 7/4 and 3:00 PM on 7/7, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of S. Tantau Avenue by breaking the glass window in a rear door and took assorted currencies, gold coins, jewelry and a purse for a total loss of about $26,800.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 1:15 PM and 3:30 PM on 7/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road and took a backpack, laptop, water flask and wireless earbuds for a total loss of about $1,570.
