Possession of Baton, Cane Sword, Stun Gun, Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Salem Avenue
(ARREST) At 8:42 AM on 7/19, deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence in the 22000 block of Salem Avenue.  An investigation revealed the suspect was a convicted felon in possession of a baton, cane sword, stun gun, Heroin and drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary, Theft by Credit Card - Rancho San Antonio Park on Cristo Rey
Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on 7/21, unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle parked at Rancho San Antonio Park on Cristo Rey Drive using unknown means and took credit cards, a driver’s license and social security card from a wallet.  The suspect(s) then used the credit cards to make fraudulent purchases for a total loss of about $1,286.

Identity Theft, Theft by Credit Card – City of Cupertino 
Between 7/1 and 7/27, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information, accessed the victim’s credit card account and made fraudulent purchases for an unknown total loss.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty Theft - Oakview Lane        
Between 8:00 PM on 7/10 and 3:33 AM on 7/11, unknown suspect(s) entered two unlocked vehicles parked in the 21000 block of Oakview Lane and took an ashtray, coins, a garage door remote, house keys and leather gloves for a total loss of about $545.

Check Fraud – City of Cupertino
On 5/12, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) attempted to pass a fraudulent check using the victim’s bank account information, but the bank did not accept the check.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Criminal Threats - Santa Clara Avenue   
At 9:00 AM on 7/26, the victims reported the suspect made criminal threats towards them during an argument which occurred in the 10000 block of Santa Clara Avenue.  The suspect is known and at large, and the case will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for complaint review.

Mail Theft - Mary Avenue           
Between 6/1 and 7/4, unknown suspect(s) took mail containing newly issued vehicle license plates from the mailbox of a residence in the 10000 block of Mary Avenue for an unknown total loss. The suspect is known and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road          
Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM on 7/8, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Homestead Center on Homestead Road and took a laptop for a total loss of about $1,000.

(ARESST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 4:00 PM, on 7/9 the suspect took about $109 of store merchandise without paying from Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road        
Between 3:50 PM and 4:00 PM on 7/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Michael’s in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took a backpack containing a laptop and wireless earbuds for a total loss of about $2,160.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road
Between 3:00 AM on 7/11 and 4:23 PM on 7/12, unknown suspect(s) took the two rear wheels of a vehicle parked at the Markham Apartments on Homestead Road for a total loss of about $1,160.

(ARREST) Commercial Burglary, Reckless Evading, Injury Hit and Run Collision,
Possession of Dirk/Dagger and Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest - Homestead Road
At 1:50 PM on 7/12, deputies attempted to stop two suspects who entered Rite Aid in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took about $1,180 of store merchandise without paying, but the suspects fled in the suspect vehicle and recklessly evaded, committing an injury hit and run collision in the process.  The suspects evaded until their vehicle became disabled, whereupon one suspect fled the vehicle on foot.  Both suspects were ultimately apprehended.  An investigation revealed that in addition to the stolen merchandise, one suspect was in possession of a concealed knife, while the other was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  All offenses were in violation of the suspects’ probation terms.  Both were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way        
Between 3:30 PM on 7/11 and 3:30 PM on 7/12, the suspect entered Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way twice, taking store merchandise without paying each time, for a total loss of about $246.  The suspect is known and at large.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
At 5:53 PM on 7/15, the suspect took about $189 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way. The suspect is known and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Bandley Drive               
Between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Apple Fitness Center on Bandley Drive and took a laptop for an unknown total loss.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
At 11:50 PM on 7/16, the suspect took about $180 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspect is known and at large.

At 5:22 PM on 7/22, two suspects took about $571 of store merchandise without paying from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way.  The suspects were cited and released.

(ARREST) Organized Retail Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Marijuana for Sales -Homestead Road
At 5:24 PM on 7/24, two suspects entered Safeway in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road and took about $250 of store merchandise without paying before fleeing the scene in the suspect vehicle.  Deputies subsequently stopped the suspect vehicle and an investigation revealed the suspects were in possession of the stolen merchandise, drug paraphernalia and Marijuana for sales.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM on 7/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Whole Foods Market on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a purse containing cash and credit cards for a total loss of about $300.

At 12:18 PM on 7/10, an unknown suspect broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Cupertino Market in the Portal Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack for an unknown total loss.

Between 3:00 PM and 9:30 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Portal Plaza shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a bag for a total loss of about $60.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Blaney Avenue      
Between 5:30 PM on 7/18 and 6:30 AM on 7/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at PG&E on N. Blaney Avenue and took power tools for a total loss of about $5,000.

Commercial Burglary - Vista Drive
Between 3:00 PM on 7/17 and 4:00 PM on 7/23, unknown suspect(s) entered a classroom at Lawson Middle School on Vista Drive through an unlocked roof hatch and took spray paint cans for an unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - N. De Anza Boulevard               
Between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM on 7/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on N. De Anza Boulevard and took a backpack, vehicle registration paperwork and wallet from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $80.

Vehicle Burglary - N. Wolfe Road             
Between 10:00 PM on 7/9 and 7:30 AM on 7/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Hilton Garden Inn on N. Wolfe Road and took a commuter pass and vehicle registration paperwork for an unknown total loss.

(ARREST) Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 11:07 AM on 7/10, the suspect took about $76 of store merchandise without paying from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST) Possession and Transportation of Marijuana for Sales - N. Wolfe Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 9:38 PM on 7/10, deputies stopped a motorist at N. Wolfe Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was in possession of and transporting Marijuana for sales.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 10:25 PM and 10:35 PM, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of six vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took several backpacks containing earbuds, headphones and laptops for a total loss of about $13,210.

(ARREST) Residential Burglary, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 11:36 PM on 7/14, deputies responded to a trespassing call at a residence in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect jumped a fence and attempted to steal a bicycle from the enclosed patio area of the residence.  Further investigation revealed the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vandalism - Vallco Parkway        
Between 6:00 PM on 7/12 and 9:15 AM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke a window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Vallco Parkway.  The total amount of damage was about $400.

Grand Theft - N. Wolfe Road     
Between 12:00 AM and 7:30 AM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle secured to a bike rack on a vehicle parked at the Hilton Garden Inn on N. Wolfe Road for a total loss of about $1,200.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 6:28 PM and 6:39 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a bag containing electronics, eye glasses and a passport for a total loss of about $5,960.

Between 12:00 PM and 12:35 PM on 7/16, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles in the parking garage at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a purse containing cash and credit cards from one vehicle for a total loss of about $250.

At 7:49 PM on 7/16, the suspect took about $168 of store merchandise without paying from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect is known and at large.

(ARREST) Vehicle Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 6:40 PM on 7/17, deputies responded to Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard on report of a suspicious vehicle whose occupants were looking into cars.  Deputies stopped the suspect vehicle and an investigation revealed there were three suspects and one had just broken through a window of a vehicle in the parking garage and took a backpack.  Further investigation revealed the suspects, who had other stolen property inside the vehicle, may be responsible for prior vehicle burglaries at the same location.  All three suspects were arrested.  Two suspects were booked into Main Jail, while the third was booked into Juvenile Hall.

Between 9:03 PM and 9:33 PM on 7/17, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road and took a bag containing cash and a credit card, in addition to a kiteboarding kite, for a total loss of about $2,500.

Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road         
Between 2:00 PM on 7/17 and 12:42 PM on 7/20, unknown suspect(s) spray painted graffiti on several walls of the Vallco Mall parking garage on N. Wolfe Road.  The total amount of damage was estimated at over $400.

Shoplifting - N. Tantau Avenue 
At 12:06 PM on 7/20, an unknown suspect entered the Apple Park Visitor Center on N. Tantau Avenue and took store merchandise without paying for a total loss of about $477. 

Vehicle Burglary - Perimeter Road           
Between 8:00 PM on 7/20 and 11:50 AM on 7/21, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles at the Hyatt House on Perimeter Road and took a backpack containing cash and clothing from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $13,000.

Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road         
At 9:13 PM on 7/22, unknown suspects broke a window of a vehicle in the parking garage at the Cupertino Village shopping center on N. Wolfe Road.  The total amount of damage was about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 9:54 PM and 10:10 PM, on 7/22 unknown suspects broke through the windows of seven vehicles parked at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took backpacks containing laptops from two vehicles for a total loss of about $5,179.

Shoplifting - Stevens Creek Boulevard   
At 8:18 PM on 7/24, the suspect took about $202 of store merchandise without paying from Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard.  The suspect is known and at large.

Stolen Vehicle - Vallco Parkway
At 11:05 PM on 7/25, an unknown suspect stole a vehicle, left unlocked with the key in the center console, from an Apple parking lot on Vallco Parkway.  The vehicle had an approximate value of $13,000.

(ARREST) Ignition Interlock Device, Suspended DL - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 6:04 AM on 7/26, deputies stopped a motorist in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, as required per court order, with a suspended driver’s license.  The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Organized Retail Theft, Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 7:40 PM on 7/26, two suspects entered Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took about $141 of store merchandise without paying before fleeing the scene in the suspect vehicle.  Deputies stopped the vehicle and an investigation revealed the suspects were responsible for other store thefts and were also in possession of Crack Cocaine and drug paraphernalia.  Further investigation revealed one suspect also had three outstanding warrants for theft related charges.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Between 10:10 PM and 10:15 PM on 7/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near Target at Main Street Cupertino on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing books and a wallet for an unknown total loss.

Vandalism - N. Wolfe Road         
Between 10:00 AM on 7/26 and 10:40 AM on 7/27, unknown suspect(s) spray painted graffiti on multiple walls of a parking structure at Vallco Mall on N. Wolfe Road.  The total amount of damage was estimated to exceed $450.

Stolen Vehicle - N. Wolfe Road
Between 11:00 PM on 7/26 and 2:47 AM on 7/27, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of N. Wolfe Road.  The vehicle had an approximate value of $15,000.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino
On 5/1, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s credit accounts and made numerous fraudulent charges for a total loss of about $10,000.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Non-Injury Hit and Run Collision - Rancho Ventura Street
At 3:38 AM on 7/20, deputies responded to a vehicle collision in the 22000 block of Rancho Ventura Street on report of a car crash where the suspect driver was seen fleeing the wreck on foot.  Deputies located the suspect nearby attempting to leave the area in a ride share vehicle and an investigation revealed the vehicle the suspect crashed was previously stolen from Santa Clara.  The suspect was in violation of probation, arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall. 

Public Intoxication, Possession of Dirk/Dagger, False Information to Peace Officer - Shadowhill Lane and S. Stelling Road
(ARREST) At 11:00 AM on 7/21, deputies responded to a suspicious persons call in the area of Shadowhill Lane and S. Stelling Road.  An investigation revealed the suspect was unable to care for himself due to being under the influence of alcohol, was in possession of a concealed fix blade knife and provided deputies with false identifying information.  The suspect was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall.  

Vandalism, Trespassing on School Campus - Bubb Road
Between 3:00 PM on 7/19 and 7:15 AM on 7/22, unknown suspect(s) entered the Kennedy Middle School Campus on Bubb Road, tampered with and damaged a metal pipe overhang, and used a rock to break an office window.  The total amount of damage was about $250.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 7/24 and 7/26, the victim contacted unknown suspect(s) regarding an online posting advertising a property for rent.  The suspect(s) claimed to be the property owners, had the victim complete rental agreement paperwork, and instructed the victim to provide a security deposit, to which the victim complied for a total loss of about $1,500.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Between 5:00 PM on 6/24 and 10:00 PM on 6/30, unknown suspect(s) took mail from the mailbox of a residence in the 20000 block of McClellan Road for an unknown total loss.

Commercial Burglary - S. De Anza Boulevard
Between 12:54 PM and 1:08 PM on 7/13, unknown suspect(s) entered CVS in the McClellan Square shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard and took over $950 of store merchandise without paying.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
Between 4/23 and 7/9, unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open credit accounts for an unknown total loss.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vandalism - S. De Anza Boulevard           
Between 9:30 PM and 10:45 PM on 7/17, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Rio Adobe café in the De Anza Plaza shopping center on S. De Anza Boulevard.  The total amount of damage is unknown.

(ARREST) Organized Retail Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, False Information to Peace Officer - Bollinger Road
At 1:47 PM on 7/18, deputies observed two suspects take store merchandise without paying from Walgreens in the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road.  The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle, but deputies subsequently stopped the suspect vehicle and an investigation revealed numerous items of stolen merchandise inside the car.  Further investigation revealed the suspect driver, who initially provided deputies with false identifying information, was driving with a suspended license and the suspect passenger was in violation of probation.  Both were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Residential Burglary - S. Stelling Road     
At 1:30 PM on 7/19, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 10000 block of S. Stelling Road, while the victim resident was home, by prying a rear sliding glass door open.  The suspect(s) took an electronic tablet and a purse, for an unknown total loss, before fleeing the scene upon hearing the victim resident call out.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM on 7/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Rose Market in the Bollinger Plaza shopping center on Bollinger Road and took identification cards, a passport and two paychecks from a purse on the front passenger seat for an unknown total loss.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Westlynn Way and Heatherwood Drive        
At 1:53 PM on 7/20, deputies recovered a vehicle, previously stolen from San Jose, at Westlynn Way and Heatherwood Drive.  The suspect(s) are unknown and at large.

Theft by False Pretenses – City of Cupertino      
Between 7/8 and 7/16, the victim contacted unknown suspect(s) regarding an online posting for a rental property, completed an online application and sent money as a security deposit, and was set to meet the suspect(s) at the property, but the suspect(s) never showed for a total loss of about $5,740.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
On 7/22, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s bank account and made multiple fraudulent transactions for a total loss of about $1,593.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

(ARREST) False Registration Tab, Expired Registration, Unlicensed Driver, Proof of Insurance - S. De Anza Boulevard and Prospect Road
At 10:49 PM on 7/25, deputies stopped a motorist in the area of S. De Anza Boulevard and Prospect Road for a traffic violation.  An investigation revealed the suspect driver had a false registration tab affixed to the vehicle while the vehicle’s registration was actually expired, and was driving unlicensed without proof of vehicle insurance.  The suspect was cited and released.

Between 11:30 PM on 7/27 and 9:45 AM on 7/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Rodrigues Avenue and took tools for a total loss of about $1,250.

Theft by False Pretenses, Check Fraud – City of Cupertino           
Between 6/15 and 7/8, the victim posted a room for rent online, to which the suspect responded claiming to be interested.  The suspect provided the victim with a fraudulent check to allegedly cover the room deposit and the suspect’s moving costs, asking the victim to deposit the check, withdraw the money and deposit some of it in the suspect’s account, to which the victim complied for a total loss of about $3,100.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM on 7/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took bags containing earbuds, laptops, a passport and sunglasses for a total loss of about $6,550.

Stolen Vehicle - S. De Anza Boulevard   
Between 12:05 PM and 11:45 PM, on 7/13 unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle parked near Aqui’s restaurant on S. De Anza Boulevard. The vehicle had an unknown value.

Petty Theft - S. Blaney Avenue 
Between 3:00 PM on 7/12 and 7:00 AM on 7/16, unknown suspect(s) accessed a storage room at the Biltmore Apartments on S. Blaney Avenue using unknown means and took frame and saddle bags from a bicycle for a total loss of about $100.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 5:45 PM and 9:51 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a backpack containing a camera, cash, jewelry and a laptop for a total loss of about $6,650.

At 3:05 PM on 7/17, two unknown suspects entered Walgreens at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road and took about $400 of store merchandise without paying.

Between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM on 7/17, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of two vehicles parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took an electronic tablet and two laptops for a total loss of about $4,500.

Identity Theft – City of Cupertino            
On 7/17, the victim received information indicating unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to access the victim’s investment account and withdrew about $25,000.  The victim lives in Cupertino.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 9:46 PM and 9:52 PM on 7/19, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of four vehicles parked at the Loree Center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a laptop from one of the vehicles for a total loss of about $1,100.

Between 10:00 PM on 7/21 and 12:34 PM on 7/22, unknown suspect(s) pried open a window of a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 900 block of Blazingwood Avenue and took cash, keys, a multi-tool, personal documents, prescription medication and sunglasses for a total loss of about $760.

Grand Theft - Torre Avenue
Between 2:30 PM and 4:18 PM on 7/22, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue using unknown means for a total loss of about $2,300.

Vehicle Burglary - Brookgrove Lane        
Between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 7/23, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Brookgrove Lane.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

Prowling - Shadygrove Drive      
At 3:14 PM on 7/23, deputies responded to a suspicious person call in the 6200 block of Shadygrove Drive on report of someone prowling upon the victim’s property without lawful purpose.  The suspect is unknown and at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard        
Between 7:30 PM and 8:55 PM on 7/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked near the Galpao Gaucho steakhouse in the Marketplace shopping center on Stevens Creek Boulevard and took a bag containing a laptop for a total loss of about $700.

Identity Theft, Check Forgery- Shadygrove Drive             
Between 7/5 and 7/25, the suspect took a check from the victim’s checkbook while at the victim’s residence in the 6200 block of Shadygrove Drive and used the victim’s personal information to forge and deposit the check for a total loss of about $200.  The suspect is known and at large.

Vehicle Tampering - Finch Avenue          
At 3:30 AM on 7/25, unknown suspects entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 10000 block of Finch Avenue.  The vehicle was searched, but nothing was taken.

(ARREST) Trespassing - Torre Avenue
At 10:45 AM on 7/25, deputies responded to a suspicious person call at the Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the suspect for trespassing after previous admonishments not to return to the premises.  The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road              
Between 7:40 PM and 8:30 PM on 7/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road and took a laptop for a total loss of about $800.

(ARREST) Ignition Interlock Device - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Judy Avenue
At 1:20 AM on 7/26, deputies observed a motorist in the area of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Judy Avenue commit a traffic violation and subsequently stopped the vehicle.  An investigation revealed the suspect was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, as required per court order.  The suspect was cited and released.  

Petty Theft - Bollinger Road       
Between 8:50 AM and 12:00 PM on 7/26, unknown suspect(s) cut a lock and took a bicycle from a bike rack at the Pacific Rim shopping center on Bollinger Road for a total loss of about $400.
