Permits are issued in order to ensure that appropriate plans and documents have been reviewed and resulting construction is inspected to satisfy local, state, and federal requirements.

Permits are issued in the Permitting Hours listed below, and Permit Technicians are available to answer questions during the Counter Hours listed below. The Building Counter is located downstairs at 10300 Torre Avenue in Cupertino, CA.
M: 7:30-12:00 & 1:00-4:00
Over-the-Counter Plan Review is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

New Disability Access Notification Requirements
