The City of Cupertino has a venue for every occasion! Quality facilities, experienced staff, and beautiful rooms! The Cupertino Senior Center offers five rooms with the ability to accommodate 10-200 people. Whether you're looking for a room to host a wedding, reception, corporate seminar, or meeting, we have a room for you.
Chairs and tables are available at no additional cost.
The Reception Hall can accommodate up to 175 people in a banquet format, or up to 200 people for an event with theater-style seating, making it an ideal spot for weddings, receptions, corporate seminars or meetings. The attached patio provides a quiet spot to relax and enjoy a bit of fresh air.
The Reception Hall also features a full caterer's kitchen with everything you or your caterer needs to prepare and serve the ultimate gourmet meal.
The Bay Room can accommodate up to 40 people. Ideal for smaller gatherings like birthday parties, baby showers, or smaller meetings.

The Arts & Crafts Room accommodates up to 40 people.
This carpeted room can accommodate up to 26 people.
The Conference Room is an ideal spot for a business meeting, accommodating up to 10 people.

Making a Reservation
Reservations must be made in person at the Cupertino Senior Center, 21251 Stevens Creek, Cupertino. Reservations are accepted Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
*The City reserves the right to cancel any use of facility upon two (2) weeks advanced notice.
Facility Rental Hours
Rooms at the Cupertino Senior Center are available for rental during the following times:
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 10pm
Friday - Saturday: 8am - 11pm
Sunday: 8am - 10pm
*Please note that rental hours must include the time required to set up your event and clean up afterward.

A security deposit shall be required for all groups. Security deposit is due at time of reservation. The security deposit will be refunded if no damage occurs, rooms are left in clean condition, and permits conclude on time.
Reception Hall $500
All Other Rooms $300
When alcohol is served, security staff is required at a fee of $40 per hour (6hr minimum).
Liability Insurance may be required as determined by Department and stipulated in Department's Facility Use Insurance Requirement Policy.
