Online Permitting:  The City of Cupertino is committed to keeping our residents and staff safe in times of crisis.  The order issued by the County of Santa Clara Public Health Agency on April 29, 2020 extends the Shelter-in-Place mandate through May 31, 2020 and provides construction safety protocols for construction activities that are allowed to continue while the Shelter-in-Place order is active.  Please carefully review the construction safety protocols below.  After reviewing the protocols, please complete the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers Form and submit the form to encroachmentpermits@cupertino.org.  Please stay safe.
