Cupertino's 5th Annual Fall Bike Fest

On October 27th, 2018 Cupertino Safe Routes 2 School and the Bicycle Pedestrian Commission hosted the 5th annual Fall Family Bike Fest featuring:
  • Bike Rodeo and Obstacle Course
  • Bike Blender Smoothies
  • Bike Tune-Ups
  • Helmet Adjustments
  • Bike Decorating 
  • Face Painting
  • Electric Bike demo
  • Pedal 4 the Planet Family Bike Rides (Fall Edition)!

The Rides- Riders chose between a leisurely 6-mile ride (best for families) and a 13-mile "Spandex" ride, both touring city schools, parks, and landmarks. Routes here:

The Food- The Bicycle Pedestrian Commission brought its famous Bicycle Blender so riders could whip up healthy fruit smoothies using their own pedal power! There was other healthy quad-powering snacks before the ride as well. After the ride, a taco truck served up lunch!
