Special events are planned year-round. Please take a look at the The 50+ Scene newsletter for a list of what is planned. Below are some annual events that take place.

Spring/Summer

Luau - June 
Celebrate Hawaiian culture with Hawaiian music and dance and partake in a traditional luau. 

Independence Day Luncheon - July 
Celebrate our nation’s birthday with patriotic songs and an all-American barbecue. 

Grandparent/Grandchild Social - July 
Bring your grandchildren for a day of fun filled activities at the senior center. Activities change each year, please refer to our newsletter for details.

Fall

Annual Golf Tournament - September
No matter your golfing skill level, each golfer has a change to win with Bob's wacky tournament scoring rules. 

Hidden Treasures – October
The Cupertino Senior Center’s Special Event Committee collects gently-used items for our annual fundraising boutique. Proceeds will benefit our Senior-At-Risk Emergency Fund and Scholarship Fund.

Thanksgiving Luncheon - November
This luncheon is served as a traditional Thanksgiving feast with lively music to celebrate this special American holiday.


Winter

Holiday Celebration - December
Celebrate the holiday season with a wonderful menu, great entertainment and a visit from Santa.

Chinese New Year’s Luncheon – February
Come and celebrate with us this most important Chinese holiday with a feast fit for the emperor and traditional entertainment.

St. Patrick's Day Luncheon - March
Serving a traditional St Patrick’s Day meal of corned beef and accompanied with great Irish entertainment.
